“With Corrections below*.There’s a western Union. Also USPS and UPS access point. Ordered thru Amazon gift for by kid’s birthday. Not knowing that that’s just an access point of UPS. I did not want to order to my house because UPS was delivering my packages to my neighbors. Me my neighbors constantly exchanging our packages, due to wrong UPS drop off location.So, at this access point operations hours are completely different than on site and Im not recommending to order thru these guys again because you can miss your package.Hours are below:Mon, Tu 9-5; Wed, Thu 10-4, Fr 9-5, Sat 9-11.But again, I was not lucky to get my package even during these work hours.I called UPS but they was not able to change these hours because this shoppe not owned by UPS.It’s your decision pick up from here or other places.*Correction on this review.Picked up my package. I think the issue was due to corona-virus. I can tell that there is just hard working guy, who is trying to do his best.”

“My son was.trying to get citizenship papers.sent out and the fist set got lost so .he spoke to jean on the phone she went above and beyond to try and track the package time sensitive they lost it in Mississippi so ky son went back to Jean in richfield store she was so patient and so nice and extremely helpful his papers got sent out again and got to the place on time thanks to Jean it all worked out she is absolutely a great asset to fed ex wonderful experience.thanks jean”
