BUYER BEWARE!
My elderly Father purchased Mattress, Bed frame and Headboard from Original Mattress Factory. The installers insisted he needed an adapter kit. It was purchased but then it wasn't needed at all. They won't refund the unopened package.
Some BS about a Donation Policy.

I stopped in today to order a custom sized mattress and Chad was so kind and helpful! He didn’t pressure me into getting anything I didn’t want/need and he gave me all of the information and help I did need! I expected the process to be long and painful but I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks Chad!

I purchased this mattress 9 months ago and I am totally satisfied with it because of its quality and lasting value.I am fussy in my purchases and I had specific requirements that I wanted to be answered in a new bed. Original Mattress supplied me with all of these.Scott was very knowledgeable about your product and let the mattress sell itself. There was no high pressure sales.Scott listened and showed me multiple solutions; he helped me through all my options and sold me only what I really needed.

Needed a twin mattress for my son. Scott was extremely well versed in the different options available and how they compare to competition. Better yet, he didn't waste my time trying to upcharge me and made sure to find the perfect fit for my needs. 5/5 I'll be back the next time I need a mattress.

I bought a bed frame and decided to return it a day later, still in an unopened box. Their policy is to lump this in with all accessories and not allow returns. The policy was not on my receipt. The printer at the store was not working, so all I got was a one page email receipt.

First of all- great product. Locally made, and all materials are produced in the US. Carbon footprint is further reduced by the recycling of used mattresses and donations to The Bridge. Perfectly attentive customer service- highly recommend!

Awesomeness.. Got a Queen size mattress & a box spring.. Plus delivery & set up for 1200.00. The mattress is a plush / firm orthopedic.. After going to 3 different places.. This was the best price around..I highly recommend it..

Theres no pushy sales or upselling with Scott. He educated me and asked a few questions and it was just that simple. He scheduled the matress drop off and everything was smooth.
