Walgreens stores in Minnesota have adjusted their operating hours, with most locations now closing earlier than the previous 24-hour schedule. The pharmacy department also tends to close an hour or two before the main store, such as the Edina store which now closes at 10 pm with the pharmacy shutting down at 8 pm. Despite the changes, the staff at Walgreens are described as helpful and caring. One reviewer, Parisa, had a positive experience with an employee named Angie, who patiently assisted with an online order issue and provided excellent customer service. Customers acknowledge the challenges faced by the pharmacy staff, who often have to juggle phone calls, prescription requests, and insurance-related complications. However, the overall sentiment is that the employees at Walgreens truly care about their customers and deserve a 5-star rating for their efforts. Customers are encouraged to get to know the staff, as they are described as "nice people" who are worth giving "some slack" during busy times.
Horrible experience with the pharmacy. Very rude and dismissive.

These people who work at this pharmacy are beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Every single time I go in or call, I’m met with the rudest attitudes I’ve ever encountered. I’ve spoken with managers about it multiple times and nothing changes. If you have a choice, I’d avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
