Every time I call the pharmacy I am placed on hold for so long. They take forever to answer the phone.

Walgreens in Minnesota for the most part are no longer 24 hours. Plus the pharmacy usually closes an hour or two before store close. For example the Edina store was always 24 hours but now closes at 10pm with the pharmacy closing earlier at 8pm - most stores follow this scheduling now.

Terrible terrible terrible service. Phone rang forever. Once a girl answered, she said can I place you on hold? I said no since I've already been holding for five hours. Then she put me on hold anyway. Then some new girl answered and said she can't handle her job and doesn't know how to count and put me on hold again. What a joke. Clearly they'll just hire anyone here. They should be embarrassed honestly.

Wont let me give 0 stars. Super rude. Needed to wait for my prescription and pickup some necessities for my husband who just went through foot surgery and wouldn't let me use the restroom. Told me I had to go to Burger King.

Imma put a two star bc I came here to get my COVID 19 shot, when I came I there were 3 nurse arguing and gossip among themselves and it made me feel uneasy. That should’ve been my first red flag, then it was time to get my shot, when the nurse injected me he immediately said that he did the injection wrong “oh that wasn’t supposed to happen” that’s THEE last thing I wanted to hear when given a shot. It was extremely painful and bleeding A LOT. More than what a little shot would be producing…

Always has a long line in the pharmacy. Doesn't load cards anymore. Takes time to get in new products.

Horrible experience. Arrived at 9:40pm and was told they would be closing in 5 minutes because of one worker's transportation arriving. Online says they are open until 11pm. The woman who claimed she was the manager was extremely rude and even cussed at me when I said they should be open until the time they are supposed to be open. She refused to give me her name or her supervisor's name. Won't be returning to this location.

The worst pharmacy. My daughter need a medication and the pharmacist told that I just needed to shake it and give it to her twice a day. No where on the bottle did it say refrigerate. As a new dad, three days later, common sense told me to google if I should refrigerate the medication. Of course you do. So to the pharmacy staff that did not put refrigerate anywhere on the bottle or the paperwork, thanks a lot. I truly hope my daughter didn’t create a super bug.

The Walgreens website has told me an item was in stock at this Richfield store when the item was not on the shelf at this store more than once so I shop elsewhere now.December, 2022

This pharmacy is literally a block away from my clinic, and a few blocks away from where I live, so you'd think it'd be convenient right? Wrong. First, and this is a Hub problem, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of. The line for the pharmacy always takes forever. They reduced their hours a few months ago making it even more of a nightmare to get there and get stuff. I will routinely get calls saying my script is ready, get there, wait in line, only for them to say that has been delayed. Or, I got a message saying that my medication was delayed, three days later I call wondering how long it is supposed to be delayed. Turns out, that call SHOULD have been "It's ready" so they cancelled my prescription and then I had to call my clinic to re-do it. Waiting on the phone to talk to an actual pharmacist will always take at least 20 minutes on hold, and their machine doesn't seem to be able to understand my bog-standard, Minneapolis accent.Understaffed. There are few who seem to care and do basic steps like "What do I need to do so that you can get this prescription?" and others that just shrug their shoulders at me. They can't use coupons, apparently. Takes them hours to count 30 pills.Would not recommend.
