It’s great to have a direct conversation with someone to get things done, and these guys did exactly that. They delivered the items on time and in perfect condition, which is the best service I’ve ever received. It’s nice to know that they’re still a hardware store that can support you.”
“We stopped on the street by Westside Services just before 9:00 PM. I had a tire puncture on an inside dual. I asked if they had a tire plug repair kit. The counter person said they did not. A person on my side of the counter said he could help. He turned out to be the owner of the Auto Value store. He went in his store and got the items needed, including a different nozzle for the air hose needed to reach the inside dual. The owner stayed and helped until we were all fixed up and on our way.
