“I experienced excellent customer service here this morning! It was only my third time at this store in about 4 years. I decided to stop here for some donuts for my family and I. The person working in the bakery section was friendly and helpful. He took the care to place my 6 donuts in a box instead of a bag and we had a pleasant conversation. I then went to check out and at 9am there was only one cashier. There were at least 4 customers ahead of me. I had noticed two employees talking earlier when I passed them and one looked to be a manager. I decided to approach him and ask if it was possible to get more cashiers to help us. He agreed and made the call immediately. It feels wonderful to be seen and responded to with kindness. I went back to the line and then a customer told me about the customer service counter that I could go to since I only had a box of donuts. I decided to go there to check out and then received more quality customer service from that person. Thank you to each of you. I will shop here again.”

Update 6 16 26 - I haven't been to this Aldi's in a while and forgot how nice it was! Everything was so well stocked and the clerks and everybody were very helpful check out was super easy. 8 16 update They've got their torn up so it's a little hard to get there but I came in the back way. I was disappointed cuz even though they've been advertising some of their fall and Halloween things they really had nothing. And they didn't have much for clearance for summer I guess I'm too much in between the seasons?”

“I’ve been coming to this store since I was a little kid, and I honestly felt sick to my stomach reading the review left by Ahmed and his friend Mohamed. It is a complete and total lie. I actually happened to be in the store that exact same day. The reality is that Ahmed threw a tantrum because he didn't want to wait his turn in the queue like everyone else. He had absolutely zero patience. To claim the owners are racist or profiling Somali customers is completely absurd. My family and the rest of our community are Somali, and this shop has been a blessing to us for years. When I was growing up, the owners would literally let me take groceries home to my mom without paying upfront, trusting her to pay them back whenever she got the money. They are some of the most genuinely kind, big-hearted people you will ever meet.Please disregard the bitter, made-up stories from that other review or whatever he’s trying to cook up for TikTok clout.
