“I was in the area from out of town and my car started making a concerning noise. iTrust was recommended to me as an honest and ethical mechanic, so I called them late in the afternoon and explained my situation, they got my car in first thing the next morning, determined what the issue was, and told me it wasn’t a safety concern and I didn’t have to have it fixed immediately. They told me what it would cost to have it done there if I did want it done right away. I had them do it and they fixed the problem in around 2 hours. They also let me know that I was going to need a little bit of additional work done soon on another part and told me what a fair price to pay for it will be once I get back home. It’s so nice to have a mechanic you can trust, I definitely recommend them!”

They have a small lot that is oftentimes overflowing with work and in my opinion that also speaks to people confident to bring their Land Rovers to them to be repaired. They do great work. “Last fall I was having transmission problems for the 2nd time in 18 months on my car. After going to a couple of shops, I finally landed at TSI and Chris. Him and his team were able to get the part fixed quickly, explained what was going on in simple terms, and helped me try to fight ford on honoring a warranty on the part (since it was the same part that was replaced less than 2 years earlier). “I'm a first time customer and I'm very impressed. I was dealing with pulsating brakes in my 2021 Silverado. The truck is still under warranty, but brakes aren't covered by the dealership. I went to Kennedy Transmission & Brakes in Plymouth without an appointment and they were willing to get me in right away. Jim took it for a test drive and knew immediately it was the rear brakes. I bought a Kennedy Club Card and was able to apply a $25 discount for the brake job and $10 for a tire rotation. I recommend anyone considering getting service there to buy a Club Card. There are a bunch of good deals. The truck is running smoothly now. I'm really happy I took my vehicle to Kennedy Transmission Brakes and Automotive.”
