“Great experience as always and Drew always there to help! I’ve taken two of my cars here my challenger and now my Ram. Recently this year, I got the muffler delete. My exhaust hangers were broken and got them fixed. I returned today for getting those hangers repaired. Due to MN road salt and weather in winter and potholes, causes the hangers to snap. Called him up to get it in to be fixed, went and got me taken care of within an hour, and took care of me! Highly recommend this shop and they have high regards for their work! Thanks Drew!”

“This review is several months overdue, so sadly I have forgotten some of the names of the employees that I'd like to call out directly. First, the two ladies in the office that helped me set up the appointment, looked at the damage on my vehicle, finalized the work to be done, communicated the cost to my insurance and eased some of my concerns were incredible! I cannot say enough good things about them! After a big storm while my vehicle was parked under a tree, I discovered that several large branches had fallen and caused some damage to my vehicle. There were some good sized dents on my door, and several locations with chipped paint on the hood. My primary concern was rust. I knew if I didn't get it fixed, the rust would eventually take over but I also didn't want the damaged portions of my vehicle to get repaired and repainted and then have it look like different paint colors on the hood vs. the door vs. the rest of the vehicle. But whoever fixed the damaged areas and repainted it did an incredible job! No one could ever spot the damage that took place or even the fact that it was repainted. It looked as good as the day that I bought it brand new! The day I dropped it off, another gentleman took a quick look at my truck and discovered another dent. I knew it was preexisting damage not related to the storm, so I asked to not have it repaired. He told me that it could be repaired and that it would be separate from my insurance claim, which was sweet! Finally when I picked up my vehicle, one of the ladies that initially helped me, opened my passenger door (where the worst of the damage had been done) to show me the repairs that had taken place. Thats when I noticed the interior of my vehicle. They detailed and cleaned the entire interior! WHAT!? This place rules. It's not convenient for me because of where I live but I took it here anyways not only because they were approved under my insurance, but because they have some of the best reviews online. Take your vehicle here even if its not convenient. It is worth it. I cannot say enough good things!”

Getting scheduled was super easy, and they actually finished my SUV faster than expected. The work was beautifully done, and they returned my SUV completely clean inside and out, which was an especially nice surprise considering how embarrassingly gross it was when I dropped it off. “Creative Auto Service did an absolutely phenomenal job on my BMW M2. I unfortunately curbed my bumper while parallel parking on the street. My car is lowered, so the bumper sits very close to the ground. I had to turn my wheel pretty hard to the left, and I guess I just made an oopsie and curbed the bottom of my bumper, leaving some pretty deep gouges and scratches. Other shops were quoting me an insane amount of money when this looked like something that could totally be sanded, primed, and painted/blended back in. I couldn’t find any local shops that were able to do it for a reasonable price, but Creative Auto Service was able to fix my bumper at an amazing price with a one day turnaround. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Very nice people, great work, and I’ll definitely be taking my cars back to them if I ever need paint matching or quick fixes like this.”
