Over the weekend my checking account was compromised, so after putting a freeze on my account via a phone call to customer service I came in when the branch opened on Monday. Without an appointment the branch manager, Holly Kvapil, met with me, changed over my checking and savings, updated my account to my married name, called and got me new credit/debt cards to be sent to my house, and answered all of my questions. As someone who has never had a checking account with fraud, the experience was new to me but Holly was incredible. I would recommend this branch to anyone!

I went to the place I tried to make a withdrawal with amount available in my account but I could use the card buy use that money but not withdraw ???? Very bad experience, manager Holly didn't even leave her office, very bad service with her.

Very unpleasant atmosphere. The tellers are hit or miss, a few are helpful but most aren't. I urge you to bank elsewhere.

You're guys got so far 2.2 rate ans no one care!!I had an appointment to see how can apply fkr credit card.I came and I wait for more than 10 minutes then someon told me the person I made the appointment with isn't available right now and I can't help you!You should close this Branch or mayne any other branches that's wh people keep moving away from US bank.My appointment was at 2:30 pm Jan/15/2022 My name is Masar Al quraishi ??

Waiting now for 30 minutes and no one came to acknowledge or even say someone will be with you after 2 people walked by me. US Bank always seems to disappoint me every time I try an open an account. Might as well give up at this point after 3 failed tries.

They never answer the phone when I have questions. I always have to call another location to get the answers I need. As well as this is the closest US Bank to me and they don’t really feel like they care.

Very strange bank. It's in a walkable area but I couldn't find a pedestrian accessible ATM. Sign told me to go into a parking garage which I have no intention of doing. Building is old-fashioned and should be torn down, massive amount of real estate where a simple ATM would serve the same purpose.
