I made an appointment. Was there before the appointment time, door was locked and open sign lit. No one came to the door nor answered the phone when I called. I waited beyond my appointment time. There was no message on the door or the phone. Not good communication for a company that deals in communication.

I was assisted by Raul and had the best experience. I usually dread coming into any phone service place due to long wait times and the dead silence in the building. However me, my husband, and sister in law had to go through loop holes to get our phone service updated. Raul had a good attitude throughout the process and was very helpful! Thanks for your patience and dedicated service Raul!

Went in to the store expecting a long wait but raul was quick and helpful assisting multiple people at once while being efficient and thoughtful of each individuals needs. I went in with my wife and sister to get some lines transferred over. In and out before i could blink thank you raul!

I am so impressed with Noah & Raul with their customer service
& expertise in helping me to resolve in a very timely matter with my phone not working.
I had some very important calls I needed to get too
and with their patience and fantastic service they help me to achieve getting my phone fixed in a timely matter!

I am new to ATT, and also have a new IPhone 15. Hade a major issue for almost a week and could not make or receive calls! It is a rare problem (and could even be “user error”). But i was at the Mayo Clinic store and stopped at a local ATT Service center on 41st Street. Very quickly I was offered assistance and soon was sitting at a table with both Raul and Alec. What a great surprise! Their “can do” attitude was very evident, plus their knowledge and curtesy were unmatched! Very soon, the problem was resolved! Rarely have I experienced this type of attitude in recent years. Please…if you are looking for a fantastic service center, you need to come here! They truly have a “customer first” mentality!

I visited the store today with my mom to add her to my account since she has a very old prepaid phone. I know there can be a wait if it's busy, but we didn't wait at all. We were warmly greeted by Raul and eventually the manager, Alec. They both took the time to sit with us and explain our options. They also did their best to get a good deal on what we wanted. They never rushed us and were so patient the entire time. We even got a good laugh together that made my mom snort! They actually seemed to care and were not just trying to make a sale. They wanted to make sure all our questions were answered and we knew exactly what we needed to do. The two of them make me want to go back! Phone stuff isn't usually fun or enjoyable but Raul and Alec made it that way. My mom said there would be 10 stars if that was an option! Highly recommend the store and those two.

Stopped on a Tuesday to get my screen protector replaced. Only one employee working. He was busy with other customers and said there would be a delay. I decided to come back on Friday . He mentioned more people would be working . Stopped on Friday. Still only one employee working. I waited for her to finish with a customer. She then helped me , and during that time two more customers came on and they had to wait. Bothe employees were very polite and explained the delays.

Very pleasant shopping experience at the at & t store with Raul. Raul was very patient and answered all of our questions and spent a long time with us. He made us feel comfortable while we were there. Will definitely shop there again!!

I visited the store today to switch my phone plan from Verizon to AT&T. Alec was working and did an excellent job at transferring me over. He was well prepared and the transition was seamless.

What an awesome place. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The gentlemen at this location are super helpful, especially specially RAUL who made sure to get us the color of phone we wanted.
