“Let me start by saying I am a tech that worked at small shops and dealerships, and have seen how both run. Would you rather pay dealership prices and probably get someone who is not very experienced, or go to a small shop, pay a fraction of the price, ran by someone who is an expert with decades of experience? The owner/operator charges fair prices for his expertise and you're going to be paying a lot more for less elsewhere.”

“Dropped off my pickup to diagnose a steering problem and replace rear brakes. Steering issue was not resolved, but Galen did provide some insight on what I should do in the future.Brake parts were installed, but not adjusted. Galen handed me the keys after trying to set the parking brake without it working. He had to turn the vehicle off with it in gear to keep it from rolling away. After returning home I found excessive slack in the parking brake tensioning cable and removed the drums to inspect the brakes. The shoes were not making contact with the drum. After adjusting myself, the brakes were working properly. The ~$400 labor charge is a premium price for a sub-par service.This is my only experience with this shop. I chose this location based on reviews.Update: The shop refunded the entire invoiced amount. This was not the intention for the post, but it’s good to know my concerns are heard and considered. Rating has been updated to 4 starts. I’ll likely give them another shot.”

“I came here to have a plastic cover on the bottom of my car fixed because it was dragging on the road, making all sorts of racket. I was fine to pay $50 for it just so it'd be done. I also expected to wait about 20 to 30min for my turn in line. We'll they only took about 7 min, and charged me nothing. Super kind people, and they dont rip you off. Nothing but respect?”

I had a 2014 pickup towed into another shop because it wouldn't stay running. I was told catastrophic engine failure, only option was a new reman engine, $12,000!
I had it towed to Heartland and Nick took a 2nd look. Still had all the same symptoms but Nick dug a bit deeper and found a broken valve spring. Spring was replaced and the truck runs perfectly again, less than $400 and out the door! Thank you Nick and Heartland for digging a bit deeper!”
