“I have only one complaint. To use your web site to schedule an appointment for service is useless. I just go in circles and cannot schedule an appointment. The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete.I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. It is very possible that I am at fault by being on the wrong website. I will bring in my computer at my service appointment to figure out what I did wrong.House Chevrolet has been my only service provider since buying my vehicle from them in 2016. They have always gone out of their way, especially Pete Schreiber their service manager, to provide the very best in customer relations and service. His fast response and eagerness to solve my problems only exemplifies their commitment to the finest principles of customer relations and service. With that in mind I would give them a 6 star rating if it were possible.”

“Edit: Steve's is a great place if you lack any urgency for vehicle completion. I've previously had work done by him that's been amazing and was completed in a timely manner.Unfortunately of late, I've had an on-going repair that just seems to get pushed to the back end of each time another vehicle comes in and it's not for lack of parts.Drop off for oil change, and exhaust diagnose 6-27-22. Oil was done right away and then it sat unlocked until Friday when I stopped in. He didn't have "time to work on it, come back next Friday". 7-8 sits out front, not touched until I pick up again on 7-9 evening. Drop off again 7-18, he assures me he's gonna work on it that afternoon. It's 7-19 & it's still not been touched.Granted I've seen the guy figure out a replacement sway arm attachment in 10 minutes that usually takes an hour. Yet, the unimportance to fix a crucial piece of exhaust so the driver doesn't become impaired from fumes, is a several visit job.The unfortunate news for me is I'll likely have to suffer due to the lack of shops close to home since this is my only vehicle and I walk to/from.”
