“We have done two Home loans through Home Federal and one elsewhere. Without a doubt Kim has always made it a simple and great experience. It does truly feel like she is working for you and will work with you to get the best rates. She is always available and has time to answer questions. We've got the same rates from other banks but appreciate Kim's service so much we always decide to go back to Home Federal. We do not have personal banking through them, so I cannot comment on those services.”

The staff there treats you like you are a close relative. Ever since I’ve moved here 3+ years ago, First alliance CU always had my best interest at heart. I have 2 car notes, a credit card and even a personal loan from there. And even when I just go in to get a cashiers check or quarters for the laundry room. lol!!My family and I have been treated very, very good. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.Thank you”

“Went to Think Bank on Maine Shoppes to open an account. One guy was in lunch other was out for the day so the lady got me started and called the other building saying I’ll be over there, I didn’t mind it was only 5 miles up the road. (Also thank you to the lady in Maine for holding the doors open for me to get my kiddos out the door)Went to the one on Greenville greeted with smiling faces and offered a drink. When I was sent back with the man to open a checkings account they gave my kiddos crayons and paper to occupy them (greatly appreciated) and it was a easy process to open an account. They will also help you set up your mobile app account and will show you how to do the things you need to do. Received a free gift, a debit card same day, also if you give your old debit card they will give you $10. So far so good!”

“I joined Think due to growing to dislike Wells Fargo (before the problems that made the news.) I've been happy at Think ever since. They recently got ATM's that allow you to choose something other than all $20s for withdrawals, the bankers have always been helpful, and I've had very few problems with online banking. The only things I don't like are, issues connecting my account with an app called Albert (a problem on Albert's end) and they are only in Rochester. The second is only a problem because I recently moved hours away, and is also the only reason I'll be changing banks. For anybody in the Rochester area, I fully support choosing Think.”

“Great bank! I love that the phone rings, and they answer. There's no "press 9 for more options". They're very responsive, and helpful. They have great rates if you're interested in loans. Their mobile app is on par with any other major bank. Their savings account rates are negligible, but so is almost every other bank. They don't sell my info to a bunch of credit card companies, and rarely send spam mail. They aren't predatory (cough, Wells Fargo, cough).Switching to MEFCU a few years ago has been great, and I haven't looked back. I highly recommend!I can't speak to the other commenters posts about home loans, as I got mine through another lender (wasn't with MEFCU at the time), but I'm sure they offer good rates. Car rates appear to be the best you can get.”
