“A couple weeks ago, I stopped in shortly before close needing a headlight replaced. My 16 old daughter was taking her driver's license test the next morning, and they won't let you test if a highlight is out. Qinn was working, and I told him the story. He was fantastic...worked on it right up until they were closed. I appreciated it ....and my daughter (who passed her test) REALLY appreciated it!”

“My cellphone battery was bulging and I didn't notice it when I took it to T-Mobile to look at it. They sent me to Batteries Plus. They did have that battery in stock and 45 minutes later my phone was fixed. Good job guys.
Unfortunately when I got home it fell out of my coat pocket and broke the back screen so I have to go back and have them put anew screen on. You can bet the case will be on this time. LOL.Jayne Martin”
