“Was rear ended last month- after submitting photos on the insurance site, and receiving an estimate and check (within 24 hours) I went to Caliber (previously Med City- same great staff) immediate service- the guy explained what needed to be done from here, and if more work was required, they’d work directly with Allstate- and asked if I needed a rental car- no. The work ended up double the estimate- no prob- all taken care of- updated and finished early- and clean! I don’t know about other places in Rochester, but these guys can’t be beat- thank you!! Shop was able to coordinate windshield work with J-Rocks Auto Glass (I would recommend them as well) so that was done all at the same time. “Besides having to wait a month and a half to get on the schedule, ABRA did a great job. My car needed front end body work. They said it would take approximately 5 days. It was done and looks great. I was also very surprised how clean it was inside when I picked it up. They wiped it down, vacuumed it, cleaned the glass and washed it. I was not expecting that. The payment process with my insurance was also very simple. Paid my deductible and left. All of the work was guaranteed as well. I definitely recommend ABRA on 37th st in Rochester”

“Stranded a long ways from home on a schedule. These guys had the part that the dealership did not. With the assistance of their code reader for confirmation on the problem, I was able to fix the car for minimal cost in about 2 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. It cost me $140.
