About Bear Creek Kennels
Bear Creek Kennels is highly praised for its exceptional care and attention to dogs. The owner, Tim, is known for his love of dogs, remembering their names and ensuring they play well together. The facility provides ample playtime, allowing dogs to run freely and enjoy their stay, which leaves them tired and happy upon return. Guests appreciate the old-school approach, with reservations made in person or by phone and payments accepted only in cash or check.
Many reviewers share positive experiences, highlighting the kennel's helpfulness, especially for those in need of last-minute care for their pets. One visitor was grateful for the minimal fee and the kindness shown when they were not charged at all. The staff's love for dogs is evident, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are fair, and services include bathing, leaving dogs smelling fresh and clean.
Bear Creek Kennels is recommended for its caring environment and great availability, making it a trusted choice for pet owners in the Rochester area.

Hands down, the best pet hotel we've ever used in the USA! Tim and his team genuinely care about the wellbeing of their guests. Well done.

Can’t say enough how much we love this place! Kind people who truly love our 2 year old corgi! He has a lot of energy and it is so much fun to have him come home with a smile on his face and totally pooped from playing all day. Won’t go anywhere else!

We love bringing our dog here. She is always excited to get here and play with the other dogs. They run a very clean and professional kennel. I love seeing all the dogs when you pull up, instead of everything hidden behind a fence.
