Went there with three bags of clothes told they couldn’t take any of it but after going through them after there was a good chunk of missing items

I’ve always had a good experience selling clothes here until today. I brought in a medium sized box and an older lady checked me in. She was quite rude to me and had a fit when I asked to have notifications sent to a different phone number. The lady with the dark hair is always kind though.
