“After moving to Rochester MN we drove past Kismet and stopped in to find great, unique decorations for our new home. The Fiestaware options have been awesome! The staff and owner were so helpful. After months as a consumer I decided to try consignment, and again they were so helpful and it’s so easy. They are very selective for quality and uniqueness, very fair and my sales pleasantly surprised me !”

“I have been taking class for almost 3 years. I love everything about Pure Barre! It challenges me in different ways both body and mind. It is my favorite place to come no matter what kind of day I am having, and there’s always a class for me, whether it’s endurance based, strength or different format focus! (It never gets easier either, just more familiar). The community at pure barre is so welcoming and I have met so many great people through Pure Barre. Within the last year I took the step to become an instructor and that continues to challenge me in class, but also helps me help other people love pure barre.”
“I was looking for a Dale of Norway sweater that matched the one I had just purchased for my dad. The folks at Dale of Norway reached out and they were able to link me to the exact sweater I needed. After waiting a few days I placed my order. They were fantastic in their shipping time and updated me by email all across the ordering process. They were nice and answered any questions I had and were always available on email or on the phone. This is my first stop for any Dale of Norway sweater or really any Norwegian sweater altogether.”

“Torrid is always an enjoyable shopping trip- the employees are helpful with out being overbearing and I have never felt judge for my personal taste in clothing here any time I have visited in the last 5 years. Not all the clothing is to my taste, but honestly the experience of shopping there means it is always worth stopping by.”

Next thing I know, my wife is locked into a full blown fragrance summit with a very enthusiastic staff member. Bottles everywhere. Test strips flying. She’s sampling scents like it’s Pokémon Go and she’s trying to catch every last one.

I’m standing there slowly losing will to live, nodding politely while my nose gives up around sample number nine.
You ever watch someone get progressively more scented? By the end she had layered enough fragrance to register on airport radar.
Finally, I do what any rational husband does. I hand over the credit card like a peace offering and quietly extract myself from the blast radius.
She comes walking out glowing, bag in hand, smelling like VIP section and questionable financial choices. ?✨
Did I understand the notes of jasmine and amber? No.
Did we leave with something expensive? Yes.
Did she look happy? Absolutely.

“The staff was friendly and not pushy. I made it to the back of the store and back to the front of the store twice without being asked for help which is a personal record.I bought two short sleeve Buckle Black shirts which were on sale for two/$35.”
“I was doing some shopping for winter clothes and I'm the past they always have deals on sweatshirts and hoodies. It jad been a while since I was in here and it had been remodeled since last time. Was able to find some sweatshirts and looked around. I did not have any employee come up to ask what I was looking for at anytime. However I was only in the store for a couple minutes. The person who rang me up was very friendly and upbeat. The reason I rated a 4 star is because the sweatshirts I got ended up being much lighter than in the past.”
“My mom and I had the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had at Macy's, all thanks to a lovely woman named Michelle who was working near the east entrance. She was incredibly informative and helpful, we chatted while she rang us up and I want to thank her for all of her kind assistance. When my mom wanted to order a pair of pants online, Michelle found out there was one pair in the store and set off to find them. Michelle is a shining example of what 5 star service is. “This is one of my favorite stores to shop at!My experience at this beautiful boutique has been nothing short of great...and full of wonderful customer service!First off, the shop is clean and organized and full of beautiful, classic clothing, as well as the newest trends...and the ladies in that store are helpful - but not intrusive. I found them to be very accommodating. They were all very nice and warm. I cannot imagine anyone leaving that store not feeing good...I know I did! They have many beautiful clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses and luggage, and accessories. It's a great place to go and treat yourself to a new outfit or purchase a nice gift for your friends!It's a boutique so they get in new things often...and you don't have to worry about anyone else wearing the same outfit!Rochester is lucky to have ELL Boutiques! “The dresses were lovely and prices were on point. Also, expect up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends around homecoming and prom. Over 100 (we estimated 150) people waiting in line for 6 fitting rooms. Maybe it would be possible to add in pop-up fitting rooms during peak seasons? It was hot and no seating for disabled or elderly chaperones. Even with all that, the staff were friendly and always moving to keep the place organized.”
