“I dropped by JC Penney to do a pitstop! I had been driving around Rochester for a couple of hours and needed to take a break. I dropped by Apache Mall and parked next to this JC Penney. The women's washroom is clean. I have no complaints. I had a Wild game to catch in St. Paul, so I didn't spend a lot of time here. I did like seeing all the sports apparel. All major Minnesota teams, including the Gophers, are represented here. There was a sale going on where you buy one item and get the second for 50% off. I rarely shopped at JC Penney when I lived here. However, in recent years, I have grown to love it. It has a Sephora section, which has been handy when I needed a replacement brush for my Clarisonic Mia facial device. The store is brighter and cheerful compared to what it used to be. It was nice to check it out again after many years. (6)”

“This is a great store for us ladies! Great styles but unfortunately in Florida they never had petites. Here in Rochester, MN they do! Yes. So today found a cowl neck sweater, a pair of pink corduroy pants and a top to match. Now as we live in Anchorage, Alaska (Hint Hint Talbots,) and been the thing to do out of town shop for new pieces. We were eating at Chester's and we walked by the Shops Store Dispays and saw Talbots Petites I knew I'd find something. I loved Talbots in Charleston, SC where I first shopped them in my post College days! If you come to Alaska, (2nd Hint Hint Talbots,) bring a serious Petites store with all the petites, natives and asians you would do very well!”

“Made a purchase online and went to the store to pick it up. Upon entering the store, I was immediately confused. There was no clear indication where the pickup section is located. I first went to the service desk where my question was answered with "No." I asked a Sales Associate and told to go to the rear corner of the store... I suppose this is for security purposes, but not a location clearly marked. Ok, I see the sign and figure out what to do and then have to search the area for my item. This is not something I was used to. There should be a better process as everyone's purchases are open to anyone to pick up. Not too secure, in my opinion, but then again, I am not a loss prevention expert. Next time I'll do my shopping the normal way at Kohl's. I love the items I purchased, nice selection, and multiple sizes.”

“This store has quite a bit more merchandise on hand than the Mankato store. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of sizes. We were a little put off by the busy check out line, but it moved very quickly and efficiently! Much nicer than the past when you had to walk around the store searching for a manned checkout station.”

“I was doing some shopping for winter clothes and I'm the past they always have deals on sweatshirts and hoodies. It jad been a while since I was in here and it had been remodeled since last time. Was able to find some sweatshirts and looked around. I did not have any employee come up to ask what I was looking for at anytime. However I was only in the store for a couple minutes. The person who rang me up was very friendly and upbeat. The reason I rated a 4 star is because the sweatshirts I got ended up being much lighter than in the past.”

“This is a review for the service I've used during the pandemic: very safe online with delivery to my doorstep! I love the sale prices; it gets pretty close to Wal-Mart prices. So I got a nice shirt to wear w a tie. It was $15. That's good, right? Shipping was slower than Amazon or Walmart. But I don't order emergency stuff from Macy's. If I need Wasp spray, I call Walmart. I also got Christmas presents from Macy's. It was easy with the FILTER function online; I put in my old lady's size, the price I can spend, the type of item I want, and 15 choices pop up. Like a Metalica or AC/DC t-shirt. Just like other places, spend enough and shipping is free. You don't gotta order too much, neither ($25 ? $40?). If you live in rural Iowa, 2 hours from Jordan Creek Mall in W. Des Moines, believe you me, being able to shop at Macy's is a real advantage. And I did it all using my cellular telephone!”

“This is one of my favorite stores to shop at!My experience at this beautiful boutique has been nothing short of great...and full of wonderful customer service!First off, the shop is clean and organized and full of beautiful, classic clothing, as well as the newest trends...and the ladies in that store are helpful - but not intrusive. I found them to be very accommodating. They were all very nice and warm. I cannot imagine anyone leaving that store not feeing good...I know I did! They have many beautiful clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses and luggage, and accessories.
