Costco Pharmacy provides superior customer service with friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy fills medications quickly and accurately at less than half the price of other pharmacies. The wider Costco warehouse offers a high quality selection of groceries, electronics, and household items, though lines can be long. The business is appreciated as part of the community, with additional services like a tire center available.
Staff is always helpful and polite. Scripts filled in timely manner and I love the text communication notifying me when prescriptions are ready, and cost is noted.

Everyone working at the Rochester Costco is friendly and helpful. I have gotten some bad produce a couple times but Costco made things right which was nice. The lines can be pretty long sometimes but they do go fast. Hopefully they add scan-and-go at some point. I have had good luck at their tire center over the years too.
