“While shopping at Sam's in Rochester, MN on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, we were asked by employee Shalena if she could help us find something and we were good. She then asked if we had self scan, or whatever the proper term is, and we didn't. She took the time to help us register our membership and helped me get set up on my phone. She also showed us the correct way to scan the items. We shop at a lot of different Sam's Club and we have never been treated so wonderful as we were with Shalena. Sam's should be so thankful to have Shalena as a team member. We were so thankful for Shalena. There was also a young man at the exit that also showed us our purchases and how the scan system worked but did not get his name.”
“Hyvee west circle can be considered the flagship of Rochester. This has all the premiere areas of a supermarket including full service bakery, deli, seafood and meat departments as well as extended international, frozen, dairy and health. The staff are friendly and willing to assist no matter what the question. Without a doubt this is is my first choice here in Rochester, especially NW. Stop by for all your needs.”

“Where do I start?? I was completely floored by this whole experience. Mayo in itself is overwhelmingly beautiful, well organized and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The executive health department is like a well-oiled machine. I have been seeing doctors my whole life on my various issues and I received answers here...finally. These doctors are like no doctors I've ever worked with. I don't know Mayo's recruiting or screening process, but it is flawless. The food and drinks were free throughout the day for patients in the executive health area, which is great when you have back to back appts all day! I was expecting this to be a one and done experience, but now I am planning on returning every year.”

A charismatic, kind, understanding Nurse who went above and beyond giving me excellent care with a problem I was having. “I had a great experience. They didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock so they ordered them and they arrived very quickly and then they got me in the next day to put them on. Only took 45 mins to put them on! Overall great place to buy tires!”

“I wish I remembered his name, but the pharmacist remembers my daughter by name and always seems to be happy to help her! Most recently, we went to pick up a prescription. The same pharmacist asked how everything was going and we joked (besides the insane dry lips, great!) (My daughter takes a medication that dries her skin out.) Later that day the pharmacist called my daughter to give her feedback another patient uses for the same issue!!! He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy. Highly pleased with this location!”

“I've been shopping exclusively through Hy-vee aisles online since Covid. After that on my regular one at Barlow's I continued to go to the W. Circle Dr. one I had bad luck every time stuff not being in stock. After almost giving up, I try the 37th St. location. Boy am I ever glad I did. Tiana(sp?) and the rest of the staff there have been absolutely amazing. She's always got the best personality. She's always very friendly and kind and interacts with everybody in a very respectful way. I just appreciate her and the rest of the crew at the 37th St. Aisles online because they are absolutely amazing and you've earned a customer for life. The best thing ever is the food is always fresh and delicious and the lines are never too long so you don't have to wait but if you do, it's been a very nice part of the parking lot so you have some green trees and 37th St. to look at to keep you occupied if you have to wait. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for a great place to order groceries. If you're looking for a great little gas station to their fast and fresh station is amazing they have some great deals, and the layout makes sense. The manager of that place was absolutely amazing. He was super kind and friendly answering any questions I had, and was especially kind to an older gentleman in front of me who is taking a little longer to complete his order.”

“I have been going to CVS at Target South for several years now. The staff are so friendly and professional and always answer my questions clearly. To reduce wait times and initiate a smoother process, they recently implemented a new system so the customers can add their information onto a computer, which initiates the process and makes the process move more smoothly. Today, I asked questions about a particular prescription that I was previously told was quite costly. The person who helped me was the pharmacist. He was very willing to check everything for me, found a problem with the previous insurance quote I was provided, and took the time to explain the issue to me. I am very grateful for his help and his kindness. I will definitely continue to get my prescriptions through this pharmacy!”

“Kyle the Pharmacist and his crew try very hard to accommodate all the special needs of each customer. We came from out of town to Mayo and had to spend extra time in the area. Thus we had to transfer prescriptions. Everyone needs to give them a break, like healthcare in general the pharmacy is overwhelmed daily! Yelling and swearing at them in line doesn’t help the matter!! Be kind or be Quiet!”

“I've been staying across the street at the Marriott for years and never knew about this little gem. I needed some vinegar to clean out a ice therapy machine and thought i would have to drive somewhere. I was shocked when I walked in. They have everything. It's a convenience store , drug store, mini hardware store all compact. I asked for the vinegar and they had it. The staff is super friendly. Glad i found Eagle. will definitely be stopping every trip up to Mayo from now on”
