“While shopping at Sam's in Rochester, MN on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, we were asked by employee Shalena if she could help us find something and we were good. She then asked if we had self scan, or whatever the proper term is, and we didn't. She took the time to help us register our membership and helped me get set up on my phone. She also showed us the correct way to scan the items. We shop at a lot of different Sam's Club and we have never been treated so wonderful as we were with Shalena. Sam's should be so thankful to have Shalena as a team member. We were so thankful for Shalena. There was also a young man at the exit that also showed us our purchases and how the scan system worked but did not get his name.”
“Hyvee west circle can be considered the flagship of Rochester. This has all the premiere areas of a supermarket including full service bakery, deli, seafood and meat departments as well as extended international, frozen, dairy and health. The staff are friendly and willing to assist no matter what the question. Without a doubt this is is my first choice here in Rochester, especially NW. Stop by for all your needs.”

“Where do I start?? I was completely floored by this whole experience. Mayo in itself is overwhelmingly beautiful, well organized and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The executive health department is like a well-oiled machine. I have been seeing doctors my whole life on my various issues and I received answers here...finally. These doctors are like no doctors I've ever worked with. I don't know Mayo's recruiting or screening process, but it is flawless. The food and drinks were free throughout the day for patients in the executive health area, which is great when you have back to back appts all day! I was expecting this to be a one and done experience, but now I am planning on returning every year.”

“Gad appointment in building but had meds to discard. I called to confirm and yes there is a blue bin by the pharmacy to discard medicine. Very easy and convenient. Will be taking my medicine there when I go to my appointments which is frequently”

“Used to be an absolute dump. It is now the best gym in town. I know this because my insurance allows me to go to most of the gyms in Rochester any time I like for free. I used to be a personal trainer before becoming an RN and I can honestly say that their equipment is superior to the RAC. They painted and remodeled the entire gym. Very nice place now.”

“I visited the Rochester NW clinic as a walk in after reserving a time slot online. I arrived ahead of my scheduled slot and was checked in quickly and discretely. The registration site indicated that there may be a wait for as a walk-in patient but I waited no longer than about 10 minutes beyond my time slot. The nurse welcomed me to my exam room and I waited only about 5 minutes for my provider to see me. The provider and a medical student who saw me were very friendly and receptive to my concerns. My exam was completed quickly and professionally. I will gladly return if and when I require medical services again!”

“I’ve been going to Cub Pharmacy for the last few months and I’ve always received exceptional service. I switched jobs and lost my insurance recently and when I went to pick up one medication, I was told it would be 350 dollars! Needless to say I was shocked and worried because I could not afford that, as that’s almost a whole paycheck. The pharmacist ( I can’t remember her name, maybe Paige? I remember her being tall) brought up a discount code that brought it down to 40 bucks!! Seriously saved me!Yesterday I went to pick up a different one and the employee ( in training, I didn’t catch her name but she’s super pretty with long dark hair) told me she was from Kurdistan and we talked about how US insurance/healthcare is so wildly different from Kurdistan’s) was so wonderful. At first, we couldn’t find my prescription & I showed them the direct message on the patient portal from my doc saying they sent the script. She was so apologetic to the point that I thought some people, maybe even earlier in the day, had freaked out because something wasn’t ready or a mistake was made :/ I kept telling her “no worries! It happens! It’s probably just because I lost insurance, no worries! I understand!” Of course, it was going to be another 150 for this one. Oh lord. I talked with the pharmacist (Dan I think? Tall with short brown hair) about what we did for my other script last time & asked if there was one for this medication too. He immediately went to check and see. Brought it down to 56 buckaroos! I am so grateful for the employees I’ve interacted with so far, they’re always so helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to. Them going the extra mile to find a discount code for my medications is just amazing. I really appreciate them and their hard work! Thank you!”

“We have used various pharmacies in Estero florida and Rochester,MN. but really have to commend the staff at 14th Street, as they are always pleasant and helpful. Last week the pharmacist Debbie Thibadeau was outstanding when I was trying to get a very important new prescription for my 82 year old husband on Friday afternoon. Mayo clinic was closed for the weekend but she went out of her way with at least 3 phone call to help expedite the medication for him as he is diabetic and need help. she was so compassionate and determined to help and I cannot thank her the staff enough Dianne P”

“Now that I've become the primary caregiver for my mother I've centralized all of her medications here and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Sure, they suffer from the same problems as every other pharmacy (short staffed, medication shortages), but they sincerely try to alleviate any problems that come up.”
“I've been shopping exclusively through Hy-vee aisles online since Covid. After that on my regular one at Barlow's I continued to go to the W. Circle Dr. one I had bad luck every time stuff not being in stock. After almost giving up, I try the 37th St. location. Boy am I ever glad I did. Tiana(sp?) and the rest of the staff there have been absolutely amazing. She's always got the best personality. She's always very friendly and kind and interacts with everybody in a very respectful way. I just appreciate her and the rest of the crew at the 37th St. Aisles online because they are absolutely amazing and you've earned a customer for life. The best thing ever is the food is always fresh and delicious and the lines are never too long so you don't have to wait but if you do, it's been a very nice part of the parking lot so you have some green trees and 37th St. to look at to keep you occupied if you have to wait. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for a great place to order groceries. If you're looking for a great little gas station to their fast and fresh station is amazing they have some great deals, and the layout makes sense. The manager of that place was absolutely amazing. He was super kind and friendly answering any questions I had, and was especially kind to an older gentleman in front of me who is taking a little longer to complete his order.”
