“Reasonable prices and I was so impressed by the commitment of these employees. My car was leaking oil and they went above and beyond to find out what the problem was. I really appreciated that they showed me what was wrong and educated me. As a woman, it can be intimidating going into auto shops, but I felt so comfortable here. Tyler and Brennan are awesome! Always going here from now on.”
“Updated rating: Although so many self checkouts is still an inconvenience, it has gotten considerably better. Unfair to leave at low rating as the store itself is still a great place to get what you need.Editing rating due to new self checkout. All kinds of issues, long lines and not a single worker seemed to be trained to help. Kept getting same response, “I don’t know what to do”. With only one register open, it was a mess to say the least.”
“I wish to recognize the employees at Rochester mn penny’s store, especially Mena & Amy for their dedication to customer service. Mena spent extra time trying to locate a bag that I misplaced while shopping. Every employee that I have had whenever I shop there has impressed me with their friendliness. Please recognize all your Rochester pennys employees, especially Mena. Amy & others were also so helpful. Ruth wedge, a very satisfied customer.”
“The store is easy to get into & around in even for wheelchairs. They store & bathrooms were clean. The shelves & racks were not over stocked so it was easy to find what I needed w/out fighting other merchandise.”
“We made the tactical error of walking through the perfume section.
Next thing I know, my wife is locked into a full blown fragrance summit with a very enthusiastic staff member. Bottles everywhere. Test strips flying. She’s sampling scents like it’s Pokémon Go and she’s trying to catch every last one.

I’m standing there slowly losing will to live, nodding politely while my nose gives up around sample number nine.
You ever watch someone get progressively more scented? By the end she had layered enough fragrance to register on airport radar.
Finally, I do what any rational husband does. I hand over the credit card like a peace offering and quietly extract myself from the blast radius.
She comes walking out glowing, bag in hand, smelling like VIP section and questionable financial choices. ?✨
Did I understand the notes of jasmine and amber? No.
Did we leave with something expensive? Yes.
Did she look happy? Absolutely.

“My mom and I had the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had at Macy's, all thanks to a lovely woman named Michelle who was working near the east entrance. She was incredibly informative and helpful, we chatted while she rang us up and I want to thank her for all of her kind assistance. When my mom wanted to order a pair of pants online, Michelle found out there was one pair in the store and set off to find them. Michelle is a shining example of what 5 star service is. Thank you so much, Michelle, you made our day!”

“Another store where workers are friendly. Maybe I need to get out of the cities more. I just looked around. There was a clearance display that I assume turned and I knocked some crap off of it. The guy just laughed and said it happens all the time. I found some cute socks and a couple of stickers. Stuff I didn't really need. Probably will stop again. Cute Minnesota souvenirs.”
“Went to the automotive to get a new air filter and inner air filter.
JR did a great job putting the new filters in for me.
The other employee did a good job helping me find the filters.”
“I received a magnesium bottle that was unsealed and had leaked inside the package. Thankfully, Target’s return process was quick and straightforward, and the issue was resolved without difficulty. Good customer service, but packaging quality should be improved.”
“I can generally find what I'm looking for at Target. I tend to go when I know there are having sales, however. The store is always neat, clean and uncluttered. I also appreciate that they don't seem to be stocking during peak shopping times - that clutters aisles and slows down the shopping trip.”
“Generally cheap prices on most things. They also have curbside pickup over on the Sam's Club side for online orders and we've used their delivery service which generally went well.”

“We had bought a sprayer for a UTV and the pump went bad. They called the company and ordered a pump for us and took care of the warranty. They were very good to work with. “LOVE shopping here! If you need a gift for sometime and not sure what to get them, walk around the store - I'm sure you'll find something. Only recommend, if you find something you like, get it because most likely when you come back, it'll be gone. (Limited number of each item.)”
