Great people. If you’re having a problem with a package I promise you, go talk to an employee first, not customer service. If there’s anything they can do for you, they’ll do it.

I would have gave them 1 star but instead of calling I went to FedEx. my delivery was missed no door tag. I was home outside mowing the grass. I did not miss there driver he must have stopped at the neighbors or next street up. I simply explained how important it was and I was leaving for the weekend and the package had to go with. she made arrangements for another fedex employee to go get it and bring it to me at work. thank you Julie and Pat for making me important today. I'm leaving this review to inform the people who say they were delivered or missed and call because they didn't get there package on time. go talk to the employees at the FedEx there are way more helpful than calling customer service. again thank you for making me Important today

Have had lots of problems with drivers not delivering packages. I get refrigerated meds delivered that need to be signed for. Only 1 time this year someone actually knocked and/rang my doorbell for me to sign for the package. Otherwise a post-it is left on my door to sign so they can leave it without me signing their device, but then I don't get it until the next day. I hope the pharmacy I have to use for this med drops their FedEx contract soon.

Was told deliver between 9:50 am and 1:50 pm...took off work as I am the only person that can sign. Here i sit, no package yet. When I call im told "thats just a guesstimate" I asked if I'll be reimbursed for time off work. Of course not because only the FedEx jobs matter. Now I'm told by 8pm. Well guess I can't have it delivered to my office either since it closes at 5pm. What exactly do you expect your customers to do?! Oh I forgot you don't care.

My review is about a driver. He thought it would be a great idea to leave my package right in the middle of my construction. It got mixed up with the garbage and was thrown away! Thanks alot!! Next time the front door will do! Smdh

Horrible management. I’ve lived in 13 states and I have never had such terrible experiences with fedex.
