  Very unwilling to work with people who are struggling. You have to be a certain type of person to get a payment plan. They won't let you do payments. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Unless you are rich they don't want you as a customer.

  I have had the worst experience I could with Ferrell Gas. They have simply ignored repeated requests to refund our $$ for a cancelled order, which was in February. They also do not offer emergency service, saying it can take a week or so to get to us - in NEGATIVE temps. This is unacceptable.
