“I visited the store specifically looking for Seiko watches. Jason was incredibly helpful and pleasant during my visit; he shared valuable information about Seiko watches and also highlighted some excellent Citizen and Tissot models.
My only issue with this establishment was an Asian woman who also works there. She was giving me dirty looks and staring at me the entire time I was in the store. This made me feel uncomfortable and, honestly, made me not want to conduct business here. I would have given this five stars if I hadn't felt profiled, possibly due to my tattoos. As someone who is half Vietnamese I was surprised. If I decide to purchase from here it'll be because Jason treats his customers with respect.”
“Literally one of the more pleasant experiences at a store we've ever had let alone at a jewelry store. We actually went to sell some gold and jewelry and pawn shops and other jewelry stores that I've been to throughout my life treat you not so good but this place and all their staff especially Jeremiah treated us so good and it didn't feel forced or anything, the whole time we were there they were awesome show the best hospitality and you felt like they really cared regardless of what you were there for but the staff definitely made you feel welcome and like a place that you want to come back to I would recommend this store for anything jewelry related to anyone that I know. And the store itself is beautiful but yeah like I said one of the better retail experiences I've ever had in general not just out of jewelry store”

Another jeweler mentioned two stones were wiggly and going to charge me to ship it out to get fixed. I called and Bernie answered. He happily said bring it in. A short while later not only was it polished, cleaned and fixed, he also resized it for me right there. “I had been shopping various stores to find the perfect gift for my wife. I had seen Wedding Day Diamonds passing by Apache Mall, and decided to shop their store. Nancy helped me and was incredible. She handled the ordering process, made sure everything was to the custom specs for the ring, and made sure everything was on time for our anniversary. The presentation box was an awesome touch, the jewelry itself was spot on and I couldn’t be happier. The store itself was clean, organized and with a great selection. Even with all that I was able to customize in a way I needed, which was appreciated. Excellent store and value for anyone needing jewelry and a special gift. I even saw a lady selling silver which I didn’t know was a service they offer. Definitely will return for another gift in the future thanks to the service and quality I got from Nancy.”
