“We've shopped Furniture Mart before (as Furniture Superstore) and had great experiences. Good quality, friendly salespeople. Today we had such a great experience with Dawn! She helped us customize recliners. She is very knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with! Fair prices, good quality and fantastic customer service will keep us coming back!”

“Had a great experience purchasing a mattress from them. My wife was in an accident and we needed a mattress with ajustable base. Their website gave a great description of mattresses and I was able to pick one for my daughter to test for her. She looked at bed Thursday and got estimate. Ordered and was delivered Monday morning. Wonderful people to work with and got a great mattress. We will be going back when replacement of current mattress is needed.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. Michael helped me over the phone and via email to choose and customize my pieces. Communication was prompt, helpful, and accurate throughout the process. I am in love with my Westal dining room table and my Weston bed/nightstands in solid walnut! Beautiful finish and excellent craftsmanship. Would definitely purchase from this company again!”

“Exceptional customer service from start to finish! We had such a wonderful experience with Sleep Number, and a huge part of that was because of Jake. His customer service was truly top notch. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely made us feel like we were being taken care of rather than simply being sold a mattress. Jake took the time to answer all of our questions, let us try everything out, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell when someone truly cares about their customers, and Jake absolutely does, even down to his littlest customers that he kept busy with legos. Honestly, if the mattress is even half as good as Jake's customer service was, we’re going to be very happy customers! 😂 Sleep Number is lucky to have an employee like Jake representing the company. He made what could have been a stressful and expensive purchase feel easy and exciting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Jake, for going above and beyond!”
