We ended up exchanging our mattress two months later for a softer one and again Randy was very patient with us and handled all the paperwork of the exchange. We are very happy with our new bed and adjustable frames.”

They traveled to Minneapolis from Rochester. They went above and beyond showing dignity and compassion..just a really good experience with them. 5 stars and will definitely reccomend to anybody that asks. A+”

“Had a great experience purchasing a mattress from them. My wife was in an accident and we needed a mattress with ajustable base. Their website gave a great description of mattresses and I was able to pick one for my daughter to test for her. She looked at bed Thursday and got estimate. Ordered and was delivered Monday morning. Wonderful people to work with and got a great mattress. We will be going back when replacement of current mattress is needed.”

The only reason I'm not willing to give 5 stars, the pricing is very confusing and their 800 number customer service was a really bad experience. We did purchase a bed, so we're hopeful that the customer service call was a fluke and the rest of our experience will be like the store.”
