Wasted our time for 3 weeks trying to get a heloc loan. No reason for it to take that long

Ended up with this Bank by default because my small town bank got bought out. Shortly after, I began having fees that weren’t there before and they have even worse hours than before. Hands down the worst banking experience I’ve had. Go to a credit union or something over this JOKE of a bank.
