I took to get new tires for my 15 tundra. After i got it back 3 valve stem’s we’re leaking before they weren’t. They didn’t want to take responsibility for it. I had to pay $97 for them to fix it witch is outrageous. It’s amazing how i had to pay for someone’s else’s mistake.

They got me right into my appiontment and I was done in 40 minutes because it was early in the morning. The work they did was good but the communication was poor. A had two requests for them to look at while on the lift and they managed to not do either due to communication failure. I then asked the advisor that came to give me my report, if they could please check those two things before coming off the lift. Still forgot when he gave me my keys. Not difficult to check just difficult to communicate I suppose.

Due to availability I brought a Toyota at a dealership other than Rochester. It was the most un personal experience I hope to never have again. I picked up my car and drove it back to Rochester yesterday knowing little about my new purchase. I felt like I was just put in the car and sent home. I was frustrated because I did not have a personal connection in my area. I walked into Toyota Rochester today very frustrated. They connected me with George Czapiewski. He was a life saver for me. He went over my car with me and explained some of the technology and showed me how to use many features I had no idea were there. That was going above and beyond because there was no way he could sell me a new car but he helped me, anyhow, put some humor in my life, and gave me the personal connection I was missing. My husband and I did some research on a Corolla we wanted to test drive and buy so we made the hike from the cities down to Rochester. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us in a non-confrontational, no pressure sort of way. It was so nice to not feel like we had to leave with something in order to have great service. We came with our kids and they were even accommodating to them as well. Offering them snacks (which they kept stocked), offering an iPad, and a football. The facility is quite large inside, so they were able to run around but still be safe. The staff were soooo nice! If I ever need a car again, or anytime I can give a recommendation, I will for sure send them here. Great experience with great staff.

After researching crossover SUVs for over a month, we narrowed it down to the RAV4. Prices in Rochester are lower than in the Twin Cities. We looked at four but drove the 2019 XLE and the 2020 LE. We chose the 2020 because it drove and handled like a brand new car despite it having 59,000 miles on it. Bill Durdahl was our salesman. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He cancelled two personal appointments to handle our sale while we went to Mayo.. We highly recommend Bill for your next purchase. No pressure, just the facts. Xia Yang handled our trade-in and gave a us a good deal on our Equinox LT. Vang Yang explained all of the warranties in great detail. Thanks again.

This dealership is amazing!!! First time buying a car here and they made it so effortless and no stress. Staff were professional and went above and beyond. After totaling a car last week and my brakes on the way to the dealership went out on a different car. They made me feel so welcomed and helped me buy a new 2023 Toyota 4Runner!!! I purchased a vehicle and was not satisfied with it. Sales management was very helpful and prompt to make sure that I found something I liked. I am satisfied with the current vehicle that I got and am appreciative of their understanding. I was not overly impressed with my sales person as there was little follow through with anything I was told. When I got the first vehicle I purchased, I left the lot only to realize my gas tank was on empty - 10 miles left. Toyota was closed at this point so I filled up on my own and called the next day. I was told I would receive a check to be reimbursed for the gas. I followed up 2-3 times and have yet to receive any reimbursement. In my opinion, a good salesperson would do everything they can to make up for this. Overall, satisfied with the service and support from management though, just not my sales person.

Overall average experience. They go out of their way to help you, which is awesome. However, Sales Manager Brandon is the best out of all them. If he was a sales consultant he should be the first one you go to. The rest of the crew is on their phones the whole time, don’t really care how long you’ve been waiting for help/assistance. You can ask someone for help, but then they disappear for a while. It took us 1.5 hours to even get help after we already sold ourselves on a car. What would have been the easiest sale, ended up being the worst experience I’ve had buying a car. I recommend if you are looking at a car here, that you ask for Brandon the sales manager first, because he’s the only competent/knowledgeable person in the building.Brandon 10/10Sales staff 2/10Customer experience 4/10

ROCHESTER TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT. corrected an alignment that was done by another car service business a couple weeks ago, (the other place did an awful job--the car felt like I was driving a boat.-the steering wheel was so wobbly).ROCHESTER TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT/ALIGNMENT DEPT. DID A GREAT JOB to correct the alignment.Now, my car feels so stable, and I feel safe driving it now."THANK YOU" to everyone who worked on the car and helped me in the service dept. WELL DONE!

I purchased a 2019 Highlander about a month ago from Rochester Toyota. I couldn’t have been happier!!! The entire experience was amazing!!! Josh was my salesperson & I am sooo grateful for him!! No high pressure, friendly, courteous, resourceful & made me feel like I was his first priority!!! I wish I could rate 20 stars, as he is worth that!! My car salesman Charlie in Rochester Toyota, has giving me the best customer service. He listens and what ever needs to be done he takes care of it. He goes beyond expectations. He Always has a smile on his face. Definitely need more car salesman like him.
