Scheels is scheels. We spent a lot of time in the men’s shoes area. They didn’t have the size of brooks that we were looking for exactly, but it was fine. Isaac in men’s shoes was very helpful and very friendly. He was great!

I would really like to thank Chance H and the Rochester Scheels customer service team for finding a previous purchase receipt for my Callaway golf driver that broke. I was able to utilize the receipt to submit a claim for warranty. They spent a substantial amount of time working to find the transaction and I am very appreciative.
