Darius provided poor customer service. We came in for an issue with my daughters iPhone and before I could even explain what was going on with the phone he already had an attitude. Didn’t seem to want to help at all. We left with the same problem we walked in with. No help at all.

Spectrum is the worst provider in rochester. Outages everyday and they wanna is have you wait at home for technicians. I have life and a hobby i really don’t have time for that. Xfinity high af but at least they’re reliable.

Worst customer service ever. Noah seemed nice but unfortunately I got stuck with Darius. He was so rude to every customer that came in. Then had the nerve to say "gotta love people" when a lady pointed out his customer service skills and left the office before even being helped

It’s a shame they closed the store on the southside down. The people there were nice and welcoming. The people at this store are condescending, rude, douches. As soon as my phone is paid off, I’m leaving Spectrum.

I was talked into buying a phone that the employees need better training as to the product I wanted a cheaper cable solution and the representative completely blocked my cable took me 2 hours of talking on the phone to solve the problem and get my cable restored. But I still didn't have the name of the package that I bought I called back that evening and spoke to another representative the third one in the evening and this gentleman knew exactly the package I bought and what package I had any understood the problem he's a rare gem my dealings with Spectrum as far as my television was buffering all the time it took six times for somebody to come out and tell me that I needed a stronger Roku. In general the service is terrible you might find one technician out out of thousands that really knows what he's talking about. Corporate train your employees better make them knowledgeable of everything before sending them out on their own. As for the phone service I canceled it I was afraid that they might lose the information on my Android by trying to put it into another phone because of all the enact things that have happened to me.

As soon as I came into the door with my daughter to swap out my equipment for replacement. It was a warm welcome with a Sales agent named Alex. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to! I saw his badge branded "training" Alex was definitely a professional and very helpful! Alex was also accompanied by Noah that helped Alex. They both were professional and efficient! These 2 gentlemen made me and my daughter say "that was fun." As we were walking away from the store with new equipment held in a nice bag. Thank you! Alex and Noah for fun experience ! We recommend North Spectrum store for a great experience! Thank you Alex! Thank you Noah!

Terrible service and communication. Try to keep you locked in. Seriously, run the other direction. They think they can get away with shady behavior because they are the only cable in town... but just go with YouTube TV.

He took the time to explain questions that we had and made recommendations. John reminds me of the smile in every isle commercial.. He’s very good with so much knowledge.
