I thought that everything was great with setting up my upgrade and then got home to set up my new box; none of my original upgrades, that I told the rep that I needed to keep are available. Now I need to do a bunch of upgrades that I was told was part of my new package.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, but you should plan on an extended stay as it can get busy there! Otherwise, you will be taken care of.
