I had a 2014 pickup towed into another shop because it wouldn't stay running. I was told catastrophic engine failure, only option was a new reman engine, $12,000!
I had it towed to Heartland and Nick took a 2nd look. Still had all the same symptoms but Nick dug a bit deeper and found a broken valve spring. Spring was replaced and the truck runs perfectly again, less than $400 and out the door! Thank you Nick and Heartland for digging a bit deeper!”
“Brought my car in with what I believed was a leak in the rear passenger wheel. Had a bit of a wait while I was thinking to myself..."I hope this will be under $400 to get the wheel fixed or replaced, and the labor." The wheel was fixed (corrosion around the rim of the tire) in less than an hour. Imagine my shock when I was told ..."It's free"..."No charge" These guys are highly recommended by me. Unbelievable service! They know how to cultivate a loyal customer. I will be doing any and all my tire biz with them in the future.”

Update, I have been contacted within 24 hours of this review and offers are to make this right by the shop, that's to be seen but if so this is serious customer care and I don't regret the the time it took to write this , once again if they do follow up as they offered I will go back for future needs since they are the closest business to where we live an hour away?
I had to take my vehicle in to Discount tire several times, they ordered the wrong wheels the first time, then after very bad communication and many returns they finally got the correct wheels, months later, again I had to go back as they charged me for new TPI sensors but installed the old ones that I already knew were bad, then after I drove the vehicle 1 hours home, it sat a few days and I had a flat, took the wheel/tire back, and they scratched the week in several areas and informed me it had a leaking valve stem. To have scratches on this one wheel just really upsets me to no end and this is why I NEVER suggest this store to anyone.”

“These guys are great! Highly recommend calling them first! I was in Rochester from out of town. I was by myself. I had a hole in my radiator. These guys got me in the same day, found a new radiator and the next day replaced it. While they were doing that, they drove me back to my hotel so that I didn't have to wait there and then came and picked me up. The bill was more then reasonable.”

“We were driving from the Twin Cities down to Rochester when we ran over something that caused a puncture. After putting on the spare, we continued on our way. Since we originally purchased our tires at Costco, we decided to stop by to see if the damaged one could be repaired.
Even on a busy Saturday, the process was incredibly smooth. We dropped off the tire at one of the garage bays and were promptly greeted by a technician. Unfortunately, the puncture was too large to patch, but they had a replacement tire in stock. In less than 20 minutes, we had a new tire installed and were back on the road.
A special thank-you to Jovan, who dropped everything to help us from start to finish with our unscheduled repair — truly excellent service!”
