Went to swap seasonal tires today and had a snag but was resolved quickly. Jovan was super knowledgeable about tires performance and what would be best for my vehicle. I really appreciated having someone helpful and actually knowledgeable about the service they provide.

Kyle, at the counter, did a great job with a complex road hazard warranty problem of mine. He fit me into a tight schedule, sorted out a complicated problem, kept calm and collected despite the usual crush of people at the Costco tire counter, and got me a good result. Great job!

I don't get the Bad reviews. Had 4 tires replaced and everything went great. In and out in about an hour. Kyle, I believe, helped me at the counter and was great to work with. My Brother also had tires put on the week before and said it went just as smooth.
