Had to reset my forgotten debit card PIN. The cashier was friendly, helpful and knew exactly what to do. The only complaint was the wait time, which seemed due to there not being enough workers for the number of customers (I did arrive toward the end of the day, which is probably a busier time).

We had such good service from Dicia. We were thinking of banking elsewhere but after our interaction with her we are keeping our account. She explained to us about the other products offered that we could use.
