Checked in. Waited an hour and a half and still didn't get an service from anyone. Many people came and went while we were there. Awful service. Didn't even applologize when we said we were leaving because of not bein served.

Woof, Verizon just gets worse every single time one gets this misfortune of having to walk into their store. In capable of solving problems, In fact they are quite skilled at adding to the problems they couldn't solve so you get the pleasure of leaving with more problems than you walk in with.

Trying to call the martketplace store to talk to an employee but I am not a verizon customer, so the 800 number doesn't work. There needs to be a local number listed for potential customers to call.

Jessie was professional, pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and patient. She allowed us time to decide on the best phone for what we needed. Her pleasant personality, patience, and professionalism would rank her to be the manager. When we returned to turn in our previous phone, we talked with the manager, we felt he did not care that we were there, was not professional or welcoming in anyway. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. This manager was by far the worst encounter I have had in all those years. 5 Stars for Jessie/1 Star for the Manager we encountered.

I was the first in line but I probably waited close to an hour waiting to be helped. The staff spends WAY TOO MUCH TIME gabbing and small talk with the customers they are helping instead of getting to the point with each customer and moving on to the next one. The person waiting behind me got fed up and left. I also see employees go to the back and spend FOREVER there. I'll keep the phone service because of the best coverage, but you guys really need to GET TO THE POINT with each customer and not go overboard with small talk when there's a line.

The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful with every need I have. I was able to get what I needed and get out without having to wait.

Been in store for 5.5 hrs and counting... all to set up a new account and upgrade a phone. This is absolutely insane to think you need to take an entire day off for this.

I got a wonderful help from Daunte today. He was super professional and had a great patience with me who I am 79 years old and came into the store with a long list of questions. He really deserves a nice rise !!!

Daunte! Pleasant guy. Takes me a while to understand some things and make decisions but he was very patient. New phone, new iPad, new line. He got me every deal he could think of. In and out quickly.
