Daunte! Pleasant guy. Takes me a while to understand some things and make decisions but he was very patient. New phone, new iPad, new line. He got me every deal he could think of. In and out quickly.

Came in today needed help with my phone plan. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was greeted immediately and told the wait time for the next available rep to help me. Looked around at the products and next thing you know I was being helped . Great service all around! The Manager was extremely friendly.

This location is terrible. Worst customer service. The associate, some short dude with too much attitude for his height basically did everything he could not to help me. Told me my only option was to pay full price for a phone or go to a tech place to see if they could fix my battery. N. Broadway location gave me a trade in. Paid 15 for a new phone. And they were really nice!

The customer service is horrible. Manager actually told me they were too busy and I should go someware else manager is a arrogant prick. I wish they would close this place but no matter of all the bad reviews nothing will be done

The staff there is super friendly and helpful! The other day I went because my phone did not work. I got to the store at the end of the day before closing and Eddie stayed late and make sure my phone worked. He was super friendly and knowledgeable! Great costumer service !

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. The store associate mishandled my trade-in credit, and when I returned to have it corrected, the manager displayed a high level of rudeness and incompetence. Their attitude was concerning, as they almost shouted and vented their frustration on customers. I made two visits, enduring over 2 hours of waiting, yet the issue remained unresolved. While the associates were courteous and friendly, it's evident that the manager requires additional training. I hope the corporate team takes note of this situation, as no paying customer should undergo such treatment. As a loyal Verizon account holder with over 10 lines, I am seriously reconsidering my decision.

All they do is upsell stuff that doesn’t improve service, verizon used to be decent but they have gone down hill hard the past 5 years, if you want good cell and customer service go elsewhere, ive been a customer here the entire time ive owned a phone and my god they are horrible now.

What should be a fairly simple service issue was declined because "we are just salespeople. Go online and fix it yourself." We will be researching other carriers. You don't service what you sell what good are you.

I didn't have a good experience. The store wasn't busy, in, fact one sales rep was idle. If they tell you "I'll be with you in a couple of minutes" they really mean 20 to 30 minutes. I was there almost an hour and got nothing done. Oh, she did print off some quotes, but she had to go in the back to get them. She was gone 12 minutes. I walked out. I think I might do better online.

I just want to thank everyone for their posts. Seems this store is full of incompetent, rude and manipulating. I was just looking to change my plan and add some things. Not now; bye high priced Verizon. There are others that supply the same services.

I have been with the same phone carrier for quite a long time. The customer service is very poor and it’s nearly impossible to get any tech support. Now, they are changing all the plans and everything is more expensive .A friend of mine recommended Verizon. She has been very happy with them and their options. We decided since 2 of us were in need of new phones, it’s a good time to switch from our old carrier to Verizon and we all got new apple 14 iphones.When we arrived at the Verizon location we didn’t have an appointment, but they took our information and let us now it would be 20-30 minutes.I thought the communication was great. Upfront and honest. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m sure they answer the same questions multiple times a day.It wasn’t a quick task to change service to 4 new iphones, move over the old phone numbers and set up the new phones. The specialist who worked with us was John. He was so patient and spent a lot of time making sure our phones were correct before we walked out the door.I really appreciate how hard he worked to get us set up and going. I honestly don’t think I could have done this on my own at home. There is a lot of steps to getting it right.
