One teller working and three or 4 other employees doing nothing while people waited in a line 10 people deep. Cross train your employees to work as tellers when needed or hire more help! In reading past reviews this problem has been going on for years. Why hasn’t this been addressed?

Really not impressed by staff's entitlement and treating customer as inconvenience. I will avoid this branch at all in the future.

Wells Fargo is terrible as a whole here in Rochester. They are under staffed and very unprofessional. It is not just one branch. There leadership here in Rochester allows a culture were the people who bank there come last.... AVOID this bank if your smart.
