Derrick and the whole group were super helpful in the selling process. He knows the market and area very well and was able to help us secure multiple offers over asking price the day it went live. I will also note the house was not priced too low to begin with. From knowledge to marketing to photos they are top notch! Thanks... read full comment

I've used Derrick and his team twice for selling/buying a home. Derrick is a true go-getter with a no-quit attitude. No beating around the bush or gimmicks etc. When all the chicks leave the nest we plan to sell and downsize and we will once again have another Derrick Monroe Group sign out front.

Derrick is a Professional with a capital letter. I am a real estate photographer and see how many realtors work. This person is amazing at what he does. Working with him is always a joy!
