“Miller Auto Body is the only auto body shop we trust. We’ve brought cars here multiple times over the years, and the experience is always outstanding. Scheduling is easy, and they’re incredibly flexible — this last time I forgot my original drop off time, and they were so understanding and let me bring our van in later that day.
Their workmanship is phenomenal, and the fact that they warranty their repairs gives us so much peace of mind. Every repair has turned out beautifully, and our vehicles always look great when we pick them up.
One thing that really impressed us this time was the loaner van they provided. Without hesitation or even being asked about a van specifically, they made sure one was available for us — knowing we drive a van but not knowing we have three little ones in car seats! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the van was super nice and made things so easy for our family.
The entire staff is wonderful. Richie and Cassie at the front desk are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful every time we call or stop in. Austin took extra time to walk me through the process of going through the other party’s insurance and explain what to expect, which I appreciated more than he knows.
They also handle everything smoothly with insurance, making the whole experience stress-free for the customer.

“Absolutely love the after market accessories and fantastic service I received from Legacy Upfitters. I had the front bumper on my Silverado 3500 replaced with a new Ranch Hand bumper with Grille Guard along with a new Ranch Hand rear bumper and got them coated. Looks Amazing! I also put new mud flaps, rain guards, tanneau cover and suspension air bags to top it off right. Legacy Upfitters transformed my truck into a head turner. I guess you could use the words, “Bad Ass”. I’m impressed with the quality of parts, the service and the knowledge of Legacy Upfitters. I’ll be bringing an F250 in soon for an upgrade in bumpers, both front (with grille guard) and rear. I drove from the Cities, over an hour, to get this work done and I’ll do it again.”

I informed Kris of my trade-in and mentioned that I would be traveling over two hours to visit the dealership. He had everything prepared for my arrival. Throughout the process, Kris respected my boundaries and preferences, and he went above and beyond to address issues with the vehicle I was purchasing. Typically, I am not comfortable working directly with dealership staff, as many tend to focus on upselling additional items. However, Kris was different—he is approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. He made the purchasing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I am likely to return to him for future Subaru purchases, as long as he remains at Subaru St. Cloud.”

“Came in for a minor job, getting a lawn tractor tire back on the rim. Despite the fact that they were obviously quite busy, they went out of their way to do this and had it done in 15 minutes. In my experience it is unusual to go to a tire place where customer service seems a priority, even for minor jobs. Kudos and thanks to the two guys that helped me with this.”

“I was so sad when I had an accident with our 2005 Chevy Impala. Despite it being an old car, it was always reliable--even with 212,000 miles. Ken was truly a miracle worker in repairing the badly crimped hood and had it for us in two days. He found a matching hood with very minimal damage and gave us an incredibly good deal in terms of repair cost. We can tell he takes pride in his work, even giving us a tour of his facility. We will definitely spread the word that Caliber Collision is the place to go with auto repairs!”

“If you're looking for an honest place to buy tires at a competitive price, this is the place. I had another auto center inform me that I needed new ball joints, due to uneven tire wear. Mark ordered the ball joints and Michelin tires before the scheduled maintenance work so that everything could be done on the same day. When the car was being evaluated as to whether the car actually needed ball joints, it was determined that it really needed new tie rod ends which were a lot cheaper than the ball joints to repair. The Manager, Jamie, actually demonstrated what really needed repair. Another time I was there, the check engine light came on and Dave tested the battery as the likely culprit. I purchased a new battery and they installed it in just a few minutes. These guys are not scammers!”
