We recently visited the Michael Kors outlet in Albertville and had an outstanding shopping experience! The store was beautifully organized, making it easy to browse through their stylish collections. What truly made our visit amazing, however, were the employees. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
One employee, in particular, went above and beyond. She offered to hold our bags while we shopped, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Not only did she make our shopping experience more enjoyable, but she also suggested some fantastic package deal bags that we absolutely fell in love with. Her recommendations helped us save money while still indulging in some gorgeous items!

“Aside from the typical strip mask experience of having no automatic accessible door, the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is in an inconvenient spot. Once inside, the store is mostly clean enough to maneuver through easily, though the sizes are kind of all over the place, especially in the clearance. One great thing about this store is the accessible changing room. It's plenty big enough for any size chair plus a caregiver, and there is a bench and a grab bar in there. I rarely see grab bars in changing rooms. The store is typically stocked well with all sizes of any given item and the staff is always friendly. A for effort.”

“Drove all the way from Eagan to albertsville just to look for the denim jacket i want, because they only had a handful of pieces left but all were too big for me. Thankfully i got it in my size! Plus i got another one in black. Haha! Love my purchases and was able to buy them for a good deal. The sales associates were very helpful and attending. They also had alot of clothing pieces to choose from. Will definitely come back!”

I was able to save with a 50% cardholder discount day for back to school shopping. I also rack up rewards points to use for free clothes. “Giselle took the time to research if their Clinique Foundation had salicylic acid in it for me over the phone and told me to ask for her by name so she could do a color match for me, she took the time to get me my birthday gift too. I will definitely be buying the Sephora Big by definition mascara I received as my gift. She did a great job color matching me and took the time to sympathize with me about having acne and oily skin. She told me her mission is to help her customers feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I will definitely be back and grateful someone took the time to help me figure out which brand and shade to switch to.”
