Our female, amazing delivery driver, goes the extra mile in delivering her packages, goes out of her way to especially make the packages gets to the door, through snow and all. The other ladies on the front counter (Kristie, Lam Lam I believe) and the cute girl (starts with a Kenn), out of all usps offices, 10 out of 5 stars. The best around! Appreciate y'all. You make sending packages to my family across the US and abroad, effortlessly.

“A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !”
“For your consideration, LHT deserves an A for orgainized. LHT is a very nice place to work with good lanes, customers, and routes. LHT has a shop that can accomendate drivers needs until 10 or 11pm, i think! LHT has a short 5 day orientation. LHT requires 4 inspections a year to keep upto date on truck equipment as well as upto date and nice equipment in the office. Many positive vibes here not much negative, good staff. You definetly should consider your work here if you have a good driving record and have experience. Be careful though as you can be released for bad or poor performance.”

“This is a really fast, efficient, and informative post office! Jodie is especially kind and quick. I did have to wait in a line but the attendants worked as hard as possible to get people moving, and it only took 10 minutes in what would have been a 30 min line at other locations. Thanks Jodie!”

“I had to come in last week to ship something back after a really frustrating situation, and I was honestly not in a great mood. But the employee who helped me completely turned my day around.
Lisa and the store owner (sorry I didn't catch her name) were incredibly kind, patient, and just genuinely caring in a way you don’t ever see. She took the time to help me through everything, and her attitude made a stressful situation feel so much lighter. By the time I left, I felt like a totally different person—I've never experienced this level of care from someone in a store. She restored my faith in humanity.
Customer service like that is rare, and it really stuck with me. I’m so grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you for having such wonderful people working here.”

“I just want to give a shout out to Lee Ann and Berta at this Fed Ex location. I print everything from large blueprints, to business cards and everything in between. I use the print and go option often, and have also made MANY personal items such as Fat Heads for my kids sports teams and have multiple items laminated here as well. No matter the project, these ladies are so helpful and willing to work me through any project to ensure the best possible quality. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's always appreciated. “Let me start by saying; I DONT do business with any company that uses any other package delivery service. FedEx is the most UNRELIABLE service in the entire industry, and USPS is just plain SLOW.. UPS is always on time, courteous, and just flat out “THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!” FedEx for example, has always without reason rescheduled my package delivery for either the next business day or if the package is scheduled for a Friday, it’s rescheduled to the following business day which is usually a Monday or Tuesday even though their tracking information shows out for delivery or scheduled delivery on the day it’s expected. Trust me when I tell you; ONLY USE COMPANIES who DELIVER WITH UPS for guaranteed ON TIME DELIVERY, package care, courteous drivers, and 99 times out of 100 will either be free shipping or MUCH cheaper than the other carriers with the piece of mind of on time scheduled delivery, damage free parcels, and is always placed in a secure location visually away from package pirates.”

“Best post office I’ve ever been to. Lots of weird hate for the lady in these reviews. Shipped over 600 pieces at this location. Never had an issue. Extremely friendly staff. They are closed from 12:30-1:00. Big deal lol. All these bad reviews are by delusional people who don’t know how the postal system works. 100/10 stars. Would recommend to the highest degree. I can’t stress this enough.”

“I embarrassingly sent a package to an old address in Elk River. Now being a Duluth resident, I was obviously worried that I would never see said package. Fortunately enough, Jill at the office, as well as the delivery driver who was en route to deliver the package, were gracious enough to stop the delivery and hold the package for me until I make a trip down. Communication was great, as Jill was able to intercept the package in a timely matter AND call me back letting me know they got the package back to the office. Thank you for all you do at the post office!”
