“Outstanding experience with Discount Tire in Rogers, especially Gatlin and AJ. I arrived at the store with my Lexus GX after a catastrophic front tire blowout. A tow truck got me there at about 5:53 PM, only a few minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting that I might have to leave the vehicle overnight. Instead, Gatlin and AJ took care of me. They helped get me set up with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and what started as a bad day ended up giving me the perfect excuse to finally upgrade all five tires, including the full-size spare. I really appreciate them helping me even though I showed up right before closing. They could easily have told me to come back the next day, but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road. Excellent customer service and a huge thank you to Gatlin, AJ, and the entire team. P.S. I used Burda’s Towing. Check my review there! Called Burda’s at 05:04, towed, new tires in less than a couple if hours!”

“I always have the best service here. I usually drop my car off and then walk over to Starbucks to pick up a mobile order for coffee. When they rotate my tires, they are usually done before Starbucks even has my coffee ready.”
