His reward is to watch you succeed. Unlike cross fit gyms he offers a bootcamp every Monday thru Thursday and Saturday with a complete full body work out, meeting your strength and cardio needs. His outside the box thinking has inspired me to keep coming back for his boot camps. It's not often you repeat the same workout. His knowledge for personal health is impressive. I highly recommend his gym for any skill level you may be at.”
