“I was nervous to buy a ring. I had looked around online and was overwhelmed with what my options. I didn’t think I could impress my gf, all of her friends were getting these big rings and I didn’t think I could compete. I went to Zales at MOA and Mary the assistant manager was so helpful. She helped me find not one but two rings! Engagement and wedding and they were way nicer than what I even imagined! Take yourself to zales and ask for Mary”
“Working with Apple Valley Diamonds was such a genuinely incredible experience. Eli, Vivienne, and Adi walked us through the entire process without any pressure. They made us feel like we were their only customers and they helped us make a stunning and unique custom engagement ring, all within our budget.
They were able to answer all of our questions and designed us our ring from scratch. We were sent digital mockups for approval at every step and even got to come in to see a wax mold before the ring was made.
Adi kept me in the loop for the entire process and allowed me to make any changes that I requested.
We had visited three other local jewelers prior to trying AVD, and not only was AVD the most personable, they were able to use a better diamond, in less time, for the lowest price. We were so thankful we decided to try one more location.
Picking up the ring was fast and easy and came with a beautiful box for free! Adi fully explained the payment options and even helped me find an affordable insurance plan — all while being genuinely interested in our love story.
The entire process was a 10/10. I’d give them more stars if I could.

Alexandra and Ken not only helped me get my ring cleaned and my wife’s ring serviced, but they went above and beyond sending me home with suckers for my daughter and a toy ring with a ring box included, which I know she will love. Even when we don’t spend money and are just getting routine cleaning the staff treats us with the care they would any other customer. I can not recommend enough. (Not to mention being able to get your ring cleaned any time you go to MOA is a major plus!)”

“I had the Best experience with Duane the owner at Jayandee services. I had him reset my Mom's diamond into a ring. I was so worried leaving this piece and trusting someone with it. He was so kind, professional, listen to my ideas, recommended a Euro band which I have loved. I bumped it a week after having it and bent the prong and scratched it, he fixed it, while I waited and didn't charge me. Highly Highly recommend and trust him with any piece you have.”

“I went to Kendra Scott at MOA for the first time this New Year’s Eve and had a wonderful experience. The sales associate, Alissa, was beyond helpful; she was friendly and genuine. She helped me select a beautiful piece for my daughter’s birthday. Another piece I was interested in was not in stock and Alissa and the events manager, Ashley, helped me find the piece at another location. The two were so warm, welcoming and helpful. “Was my 1st time in a Claire’s and there were more options than I was expecting by just seeing online. Staff was friendly and welcomes you in when you first arrive. Seems a lot of earrings especially go on sale quite a bit. They’ve got jewelry, nail polish, stickers, lip glosses, other makeup products, hair products, and more.
The brand is definitely leaning towards the younger audience by it’s products and colors yet I do think adults and older people won’t find a problem finding something they like or find cool. There’s 2 Claire stores in the Mall on different floors as well.”
