“Working with Apple Valley Diamonds was such a genuinely incredible experience. Eli, Vivienne, and Adi walked us through the entire process without any pressure. They made us feel like we were their only customers and they helped us make a stunning and unique custom engagement ring, all within our budget.
They were able to answer all of our questions and designed us our ring from scratch. We were sent digital mockups for approval at every step and even got to come in to see a wax mold before the ring was made.
Adi kept me in the loop for the entire process and allowed me to make any changes that I requested.
We had visited three other local jewelers prior to trying AVD, and not only was AVD the most personable, they were able to use a better diamond, in less time, for the lowest price. We were so thankful we decided to try one more location.
Picking up the ring was fast and easy and came with a beautiful box for free! Adi fully explained the payment options and even helped me find an affordable insurance plan — all while being genuinely interested in our love story.
The entire process was a 10/10. I’d give them more stars if I could.

“Parking is next to building. You need to be buzzed in through the door to the desk. Prices are comparable to other sites. Positives: Staff are knowledable and fair to work with. I have confidence that the silver I buy is legitimate as they test all products with highly sensitive equipment because they also create medical grade products. You also get to take possession of your metals right away rather then waiting if you buy online. Negatives: Product selection is much less then buying from an online retailer like SD bullion, Money metals, or others. I have made 3 purchases here and will return. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because you run the risk of having limited selection options which is mostly based on what they take in.”

“I had the Best experience with Duane the owner at Jayandee services. I had him reset my Mom's diamond into a ring. I was so worried leaving this piece and trusting someone with it. He was so kind, professional, listen to my ideas, recommended a Euro band which I have loved. I bumped it a week after having it and bent the prong and scratched it, he fixed it, while I waited and didn't charge me. Highly Highly recommend and trust him with any piece you have.”
“I recently had a gold ring resized at Charlemagne. They were able to use a different gold ring as the filler to do the resize to essentially recycle the gold. Everyone I interacted with in the store and on the phone was professional and friendly. The final product looks great! You couldn't even tell it's been resized, and at pick up, the ring was shiny and clean. The whole process from drop off to pick up took about 3 weeks. Price seemed fair. I'd recommend Charlemagne if you're looking for quality jewelry repair.”

I needed a sympathy gift, and the cashier was pleasant and walked me over to a wall with cardinal sun catcher. The price was right, grabbed a small gift bag, and headed to the counter. I'm not sure I've ever shopped that fast...and without feeling stressed in store with so many different trinkets, items, gifts, etc, and having no clue what was available or what to get.
