“I took my car here to get my tires looked at and they found a leak. They patched the tire up and rotated the tires for $84. They didn't oversell me on stuff I didn't need and treated me well. I will be going back for future car needs. I had to make an appointment a week out, so it is worth calling ahead. Staff was kind and courteous of my time. I got my car back the same day.”

“*PLEASE READ* I'm going to try to keep this short ONLY bc I want potential customers to read this!I had my 2009 Jeep Patriot sent to Car Care Advanced Auto for a full steering rack replacement, because she's an old car & I was going to be driving to Chicago for school. Once I arrived in Chicago, I noticed the car became hard to steer, opened the hood, steering fluid container was empty (meant that there's a leak).I called Jason at Car Care very panicked and explained my situation and how I couldn't come back to Minnesota since school has started in Chi. I don't know why I called because I was FULLY expecting "Sorry if you can't come back to MN, there's nothing I can do for you".The patience that he had with me through the entirety of this whole process was so kind and selfless. He proceeded to find a nearby trustworthy mechanic FOR ME to run diagnostics and fix the issue (the issue was a manufacturing defect in a part). Jason covered the cost of the diagnostic test AND the replacement of the new part. I just cannot stress enough how selfless and generous of an act that is - especially considering that this was a manufacturing defect and not his fault in the slightest, but still wanted to help solve this problem.Over the next week Jason was EXTREMELY communicative E V E R Y step of the way, calling to let me know if he had/hadn't received the warranty for the new part, calling to let me know about which mechanic to reach out to for the replacement etc. And even called to make sure it was running ok.Even when I called Car Care Advanced Auto and someone else picked up, I received the same polite, friendly and trustworthy communication.I have never received this amazing level of customer service- in ANY field.All of Minnesota should go to these guys. I felt like I was being treated like family, I was in GOOD hands.”

“7 years of owning a vehicle and this was my first visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I was super surprised by the service I received. Wonderful team members. The manager and the team were super experienced and still had so much energy during the last hour.I bought a full synthetic oil at walmart and came here for just the labor. The only downside about the franchise that I felt was that the cost of basic oil change with oil included was higher than the cost of using our own oil that we took in.But I loved Valvoline Instant Oil change, especially this location.”

“I went to get a synthetic oil change for my hybrid and everyone working was super friendly and helpful. I was working with Brandon and his team and they double checked to make sure everything was looked over thoroughly and in good working order/ filled fluids/ checked lights/ tires etc. They were very transparent about pricing and didn’t pressure me into purchasing something I didn’t need. There were a few cars in line ahead of me but the wait was very reasonable for their thorough service. I felt very taken care of.
