I will be going back for future car needs. I had to make an appointment a week out, so it is worth calling ahead. Staff was kind and courteous of my time. I got my car back the same day.”

“*PLEASE READ* I'm going to try to keep this short ONLY bc I want potential customers to read this!I had my 2009 Jeep Patriot sent to Car Care Advanced Auto for a full steering rack replacement, because she's an old car & I was going to be driving to Chicago for school. Once I arrived in Chicago, I noticed the car became hard to steer, opened the hood, steering fluid container was empty (meant that there's a leak).I called Jason at Car Care very panicked and explained my situation and how I couldn't come back to Minnesota since school has started in Chi. I don't know why I called because I was FULLY expecting "Sorry if you can't come back to MN, there's nothing I can do for you".The patience that he had with me through the entirety of this whole process was so kind and selfless. He proceeded to find a nearby trustworthy mechanic FOR ME to run diagnostics and fix the issue (the issue was a manufacturing defect in a part). Jason covered the cost of the diagnostic test AND the replacement of the new part. I just cannot stress enough how selfless and generous of an act that is - especially considering that this was a manufacturing defect and not his fault in the slightest, but still wanted to help solve this problem.Over the next week Jason was EXTREMELY communicative E V E R Y step of the way, calling to let me know if he had/hadn't received the warranty for the new part, calling to let me know about which mechanic to reach out to for the replacement etc. And even called to make sure it was running ok.Even when I called Car Care Advanced Auto and someone else picked up, I received the same polite, friendly and trustworthy communication.I have never received this amazing level of customer service- in ANY field.All of Minnesota should go to these guys. I felt like I was being treated like family, I was in GOOD hands.”

“I was driving alone home to Iowa when my vehicle broke down. I showed up on Heartland's doorstep and have nothing but praise for this business. Bud and Nick took such good care of me! They both went above and beyond. My repair was a big one and required a lot of communication with a parts company, my extended warranty company and the out-of-state shop that installed the faulty part. I can't imagine how much time Bud spent coordinating all of these players. Nick offered to give me and all my luggage a ride to a local rental car dealer and when there were no rentals available, he drove me around helping me track down a vehicle. These guys are fantastic humans that you can trust!”

“Overall, I had a great experience. I loved being able to stay in my car. My only criticism would be that when I got home I saw that the noted that I had an oil leak but nothing was said while I was there, because I highly dought that my car has an oil leak being there aren't any spots on my garage floor. I believe they mistook the rust preventative treatment that is made from a natural oil as a leak. It would have been nice to have talked with them about it to see if that might be what happened.”
