I just had the best experience returning some items at Ann Taylor. Whoever processed the return was so sweet and helpful, and after having worked in retail many years myself, I was so impressed. She did an amazing job!

I was pretty tired when I came to the store but Tina single-handedly replenished my energy. I've never had such an attentive and nice salesperson at a mall store before. Tina for management! (Prices are pretty steep, -1 star).

I don’t shop here anymore. The sales people have unwelcoming attitude and follow people of color around. Don’t you have the anti-theft tags? Why do you do this?The quality to price ratio of the clothing is very inconsistent. Seems to get worse over the years.
