“It's prom time my son needed a suit. We stopped at two other stores that he wanted to check out and he couldn't believe how expensive everything was. I suggested we go here because anytime I've needed dress clothes. This is where I begin. Not only did he find the suit he wanted, but it was a suit that his girlfriend wanted him to get and guess what he was like half the price! They also gave him an additional discount because they had a list of schools from the local area to give a discount. Really really nice customer service was given. If you're on a budget and you need something special, this is where I would begin.”
“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”
“This is basically the only place I can shop for bras. We'll, the only place that I can find quality & beautiful as well as the right fit for me. Last 2 times here, although I found some bras, it didn't feel like I mattered ad a customer. However, yesterday the minute I walked in, I was greeted (huge for this old fashioned lady) and it was Natalia. I told what I needed and what the goal was for today and BOOM, she was on it.
She actually took really good care of making sure of my measurements, which let's be honest, can be uncomfortable. I have some Ptsd so I'm not usually comfortable with ppl right there in my super personal space but she was gentle & asked or let me know what she was doing before she did it. It was the actual BEST service I've ever gotten here. Natalia was honest, caring & busy but still made me feel important, making sure I was properly taken care of. Over many years. She rocked it. I have lost some weight since last purchase & she knew what to do offer me, heard me and did an absolute great service to this old mismatched body!!! I left confident, and pleasantly surprised with my options. Thank you Natalia for the excellent care you took of me!!! Xo”

“The sales staff was very helpful without being intrusive. The selection was great. We started shopping there to find quality bras for my daughter. We also found a great selection of cute shorts and shirts for the summer. We got a variety of shirts with shrugs and over blouses. It was an excellent shopping trip!”
“Friendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldn’t worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!”

“First time coming in this store and this lovely gal Alicia came to greet me. So very welcoming and made sure I had everything I need. The prices are a bit overpriced and wish they were a little cheaper but the service was amazing and I would give a 9/10!”
“Love the store itself! Clean, organized, great styles. I found super cute clothes on sale for cheap. The cashier I worked with wasn’t super friendly—there was a vest I wanted to buy didn’t have a tag, so she basically said I couldn’t purchase it since there’s no tag and no duplicate item for her to create a tag out of.
The other store associate took initiative to find the item for a price confirmation, and she did. So thank you to the kind associate who went out of her way to help. She even thanked you and told me to have a nice day, even though she wasn’t the one to check me out.”

“I went to J. Jill looking for some new work clothes and Jeanine was incredibly helpful. She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. She encouraged me to try some things on that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered and I’m so glad I did! She has a great eye and the service I received from her and the other friendly, attentive associates that evening was top notch. Thanks again for making my shopping trip easy! I’ll be back.”

“Great quality dresses but the reason why I'm leaving a review is the staff! I wish I had names to call out. There was a woman on the floor who was kind and very helpful getting dresses down and the woman in the dressing room area making sure we had everything we needed! Bc of them our experience there was amazing!”
