They spent a TON of time making sure that they had done absolutely everything they could. I walked away with a clean, new battery installed as well as some direction as to what my mechanic would need to help me with. Leon was very patient and almost fatherly in his approach. He easily handled all of my windshield wiper needs, but additionally, he actually taught and empowered me in our short time together as well. Had a wet kit installed for a customer of mine from Alaska, that was purchasing a truck from me, and the communication we got from Zach to myself (in Mankato) and the customer (in Alaska) made what could have been a challenging project, relatively simple. “My car batteries died not to far from Advance auto parts, about a block so I walked to the shop to buy a new batteries. When I got in the Advance Auto Part Shop suddenly an Employee ask me if I need help of what I’m looking for and I explain to him my situation of my car batteries died, also it was a really hot day of 90 degrees outside around 11:12am. Also there really friendly and make you feel comfortable like your welcome inside, then later on I purchase a batteries and a Set of Diehard Socket, before I leave the employee ask if they can offer me a ride to my car because it’s a hot day, it was really nice of them to offer me a ride because we’re going the same route and it save me time in the heat outside was super hot. I Recommend this place is a great place to help you with item and supplies you need, and really detail about the item you are buying and warranty, I haven’t met a shop friendly and supportive and helpful.

“The Lug nut Guy’s “JL Wheels on a JK lug nut set” is exactly what Jeep JK owners need to install JL wheels on their Jeep. Quality product with a detailed accurate description on their website. I knew exactly what I was buying and knew it would solve the problem I had. The lug nuts themselves are one-piece and high quality. The price for a set of 24 was fair. Plain and simple, they are essentially JL lug nuts in size and shape with a 1/2-20 TPI, just as the JK needs. It is about time someone manufactured these. No guess work either, The Lug Nut Guys website makes it clear as day. Good stuff.”
“Awesome experience, came in and needed help finding parts for wiper nozzles, and they brought us right to what we needed to replace them, told us how to do it ourselves and helped us find the tool to pop the tabs off the hood to get to them to replace them. “Blake was the gentleman that handled my case/vehicle claim at Caliber Collision. He was very friendly, honest about what work needed to be done, gave a fairly close estimate to the costs of the repair and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
My vehicle was completed 4 days before the estimated completion date and came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! They also helped set up a rental car pick-up and drop-off.
