“Blake was the gentleman that handled my case/vehicle claim at Caliber Collision. He was very friendly, honest about what work needed to be done, gave a fairly close estimate to the costs of the repair and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
My vehicle was completed 4 days before the estimated completion date and came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! They also helped set up a rental car pick-up and drop-off.
I will highly recommend Caliber Collision to others!”

“I’ll stop here to get gas every once in a while when I’m on this side of town! Only downside is that this is the second Sunday I’ve come to add air to my tire and it seems that they turn off the machine on Sundays. Other than that, it’s a great small business!”

I would say 5 stars if not for a weird miscommunication that caused a bit of strife-- repairs got started before approval, but I get the sense that it was a one off mistake, and Allen was very reasonable with the situation afterwards. He doesn't shy away from tough jobs for sure! He did a great job with the repair and was able to get it done with less parts than originally thought. I half wish he hadn't spent as much time with my car since I had found another place to work on it and didn't want to waste his time, but he did good work so I can't really say I'm too upset. He even showed me the broken parts and explained what he found, which I respect in a mechanic. I can be a fussy customer, so I like when they walk me through what's going on, and he did a fair bit of that.
This seems like a decent mechanic shop, I don't know how they get by nowadays without text or email so it was a pain getting paperwork when I wasn't nearby, but as long as you keep an eye out and know what you want, you'll probably get great work here at a decent price. I've had a bad experience with a different shop where things got extremely uncomfortable and I had employees badmouthing me to my face, so it was a relief that this place was professional about the miscommunication.
As a personal note, after we finished sorting payment, I got a fist bump instead of a handshake, which I think was pretty considerate since I still mask 😷 I thought it was funny but nice.”

“Norm's is the BEST! Today I went to a chain tire store, waited and waited, finally called for the results of their check and they wanted me to spend $300 on one tire. I went to Norm's (a friend's referral) and they patched it up for $50! What a great and honest company! I'll never go anywhere else!”
“We accepted delivery of a brand new van on Thursday (8/20). By Saturday morning (8/22) it was completely dead. Toyota was able to jump start our van but the ramp is still not working. I have yet to receive a response from the Mobility Works 'emergency' number. Disappointed is an understatement. I expect more from a 90k vehicle.
8/24 update
Local staff were able to identify the issue. They are repairing it and have provided a loaner vehicle. I think we're judged best by how folks respond when things don't go according to plan. I believe Mobility Works Roseville is doing their best to make it right.”

“Hasan was super clear and upfront, not pushy at all. Got our oil change done in like 10 minutes! It cost $90 with the $10 coupon online. Nice of them to check our brakes/filters and top off our fluids for free as well.”
