“I took my car there for an oil change. The owner at the front desk is very helpful. He offered me a Pepsi while I waited and said I could change the channel on the tv to whatever I wanted. The main mechanic is a master and can fix anything. I’ve heard rumors they are getting a popcorn machine and maybe a claw machine. I will certainly be back for more work.”

After a poor experience with Brookdale, I brought my Chevy Volt here after receiving several recommendations from other EV owners.They have techs certified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles that are knowledgeable and do not recommend unnecessary services. In fact, when I asked about a transmission fluid flush to go along with all of the other maintenance I was having done, they told me I did not need it yet.Price was reasonable, appointment was on time, and estimated completion time was accurate. So much better than dropping my car off and doing the "we'll get to it when we get to it" dance. Plus I received timely updates from Harry while I was waiting.They have a comfortable little customer lounge with two desk spaces, several chairs, and a TV. It's loud when it's full, but they also have seating in the showroom if you want to get away. Free coffee, tea, and water. “During a routine oil change at another local shop I was informed that I needed new tires, struts, and shocks. However, their quote was STEEP. I called around to a few different auto shops and Precision was by far the cheapest. I’d never used this shop before but given the amount of work needed and pricing, I decided to give them a chance. Not only did they give me the lowest quote out of four other shops, they also informed me that I needed new brakes too (which is correct as I’ve not replaced them on my car and it’s got 140k miles on it). The auto shop worker that completed the work on my car gave me over $300 in discounts AND even fixed something minor on the vehicle for FREE of charge. They were quick in getting to my car and I can definitely tell the difference after driving it!I’m usually fairly skeptical of auto shops and always confirm with my dad (who works at an auto shop a few states away), and even he couldn’t beat their pricing here!Thanks for fixing up my car Precision!
